  1. Do not stall out. Nice to let a team-mate have a chance to score but if the passer has a shot, sometimes you have to shoot to keep the opponent off balance.
  2. A start for Albrecht, now let the floodgates open for Albrecht scoring.
  3. What was the song and what is the new tune after a Sioux goal (oops Karen might complain I used Sioux).
  4. Imagine this song with beer… The Hockey Song Hello out there, we're on the air, it's 'Hockey Night' tonight.. Tension grows, the whistle blows, and the puck goes down the ice. The goalie jumps, and the players bump, and the fans all go insane. Someone roars, "Bobby Scores!", at the good ol' Hockey Game. Oh! The good ol' Hockey game, is the best game you can name. And the best game you can name, is the good ol' Hockey game. Second Period. Where players dash, with skates aflash, the home team trails behind. But they grab the puck, and go bursting up, and they're down across the line. They storm the crease, like bumble bees, they travel like a burning flame. We see them slide, the puck inside, it's a one-one hockey game. Oh! The good ol' Hockey game, is the best game you can name. And the best game you can name, is the good ol' Hockey game. Third Period. Last game of the playoff too! Oh take me where, the hockey players, face off down the rink. And the Stanley Cup, is all filled up, for the champs who win the drink. Now the final flick, of a hockey stick, and the one gigantic scream. "The puck is in! The home team wins!", the good ol' hockey game. Oh! The good ol' Hockey game, is the best game you can name. And the best game you can name, is the good ol' Hockey game. Oh! The good ol' Hockey game, is the best game you can name. And the best game you can name, is the good ol' Hockey game. Oh! The good ol' Hockey game, is the best game you can name. And the best game you can name, is the good ol' Hockey game. Songwriters: Tom Charles Connors
  5. Not sure. I got talked into going to the game by a roommate. First game of hockey I had seen. People rushed the doors with people getting stepped on. Everyone seemed to be in shock that there were so many seats. My first seat was ice level right next to a guy that turned on a red light when a goal was scored. Even though we were behind the glass, I spent a lot of time ducking. A lady a few rows behind me got hit in the forward and before it started bleeding we saw the cut. But later she came back with stitches and bandage. Tough fans. I was hooked to Sioux Hockey ever since, rarely missed a game.
  6. I coached high school - both girls and boys teams. We had a med kit. I agree there can be times when we needed more than first aid.
  7. Great job TJ setting an example for the youth. “Children see - children do”. I remember the first game (1972) in the old Ralph and some had helmets, some did not. Helmets turned out to be a positive step in player safety.
  8. Now we need Pinto to join them after the suspension.
  9. How many trainers on the sidelines have any training in emergency procedures for this type of injury. Time is so essential and correct steps need to be taken.
  10. How many games does he have to sit out. Senators say they will welcome Pinto back but my question is “will they”.
  11. Love the designs for the pool. Wow 50 meters will be a great leap forward for the community.
  12. The Bulldogs bewilder me with this type of harmful hockey.
  13. Not nice. I would have gone looking for that player.
  14. We have been ringing pipes this year. And many last year. Suggestions!
  15. Did anyone see or hear what happened to Blake?

  17. Very nice touch with the flag on the ice. Class act UMD.
