Good so we have a chance

Excellent write up. I too have been very impressed with Avants. He always plays bigger than he his and two more years to go. This year will help recruiting quite a bit. One thing I will add. Is free throw and rebounding. Both are much better this year than in the recent past years. Free throws by Brenstine, shanks, Baldwin and Seales have all improved the last 10 games or so. Most would say this is individual. that many players to improves suggest more emphasis by coaches.

I wish I'm wrong but UND will struggle. Unless we shoot lights out on 3's no chance. We will not match up well with the bigs. Fouls by the big will hurt is. Defense and pressure by our guards will be a must to keep it close.

I'm not taking anything away from Troy a very great player. That was very good a times but some of the supporting cast also wanted to be great players when they got the ball without the team play. Rarely did you see set plays with that team. That is what this years team brings. Q with 400 assists. This team from top to bottom is happy with an assist as they are about scoring themselves.

I think we could match quite well with either team.

Q had a lot of influence on team play. He is not selfish and it rubs off. That was not the case with Huff and team.

He only sat out about 30 second at the end of the first half. Man he caught his second wind in OT. so determined.

Great to see the guys pull this out. Almost lost because of missed free throws and some bad officiating.
