Not only do we have our guy. I really believe we have the Best HC in the FCS. The players will run through 6' thick walls for Schmidt because he will do it for his players. I'm telling you a quick turn around.

Tom Miller reports coach will have about 80% staff in about 6 to 8 days. New position recruiting coordinator solo responsibility. DeBoer used this and one of his first positions filled in Bama was the recruiting coordinator. This will be huge.

what is nice about Schmidt. He had internal drive to run through brick walls. He and his coaching staff will recruit and develop players to run through brick walls. Huge opportunity for UND players and excitement for fans. Looking for championships.
