Everyone "guns for the Gophers?" ...That statement is laughable. I think the only gunning for UM is between Wisco, UND and perhaps UMD. And I also think it is likewise in UM gunning for those teams as well..As far as the remaining conferences they could give a rats azz about them.

Wow surprised the Gophers dropped from #1 all the way down to #4. Considering they beat up on Michigan a few weeks earlier I would have guessed they should have been ranked above them - even with getting swept by CC.

Great game CC played..Briggs and the MN D-men couldn't stop a beach ball tonight.

I disagree - AA will be around for the long haul. US Airways is all about done....UAL might fall that way also. Then again this isn't an airline board so back to topic

Didn't get a chance to catch last nights Gopher game against BU...Any idea how that ended up? I was too busy cruising around in my 82' Beamer and missed the re-cap.

Gotta share this......I got a couple of glares from a woman seated in the suite behind me during the Gopher series (she had on a Gopher sweatshirt I might add). I'm in Section 107 Row R (right in front of the suites). She didn't glare at me any more after I respectfully told her if she didn't like my "fan participation" she could go back to the dump they call Mariucci and grab some cold nachos while standing on the sticky concourse flooring. That pretty much ended the glaring the rest of the weekend.

Or more commonly referred to as 5 on 4 or 4 on 3..or 5 on 3...Yeah its making sense now..
