Every loss so far have the same script. Don't take advantage of opportunities that should have a larger lead. I don't think that warranted an ejection. However, I do know alot of rulebooks state any non-accidental contact with official is zero-tolerance. Not always enforced. I know with officiating hockey that was the way the rulebook was written, however, a situation like that I would not call a ejection causing penalty.
