Enjoyment of life is about as essential as it gets, no?  Life is too short already.  Putting things on hold until some arbitrary, imaginary level of 'security' is reached is madness.

That life in a PC world.

This is not an attack on SV, but it's this zero tolerance mentality that's dragging everything - and everyone - down.  It's simply not realistic.  People have got to get comfortable with the notion of being around COVID-19 infected individuals.  That's life.  It's always been that way.  Viruses and cockroaches will outlive us all.

A sports event that results in one case would be dead almost the same day as it is not necessary except for people s enjoyment.

If they did pick Grand Forks they have other rinks close by; Thief River, Bemidji, Fargo.

The NHL wants big empty arenas for TV and small ones for practice.  Maybe the Sanford Center in SF, but it's a major COVID center now

It sure would be nice for the Grand Forks economy if this ever happened. I would envision a designated hotel per team with a designated restaurant catering meals. Would be great for those businesses.

The NHL should reserve several hotels for them.  One corona case could cease the entire tournament.  All maids, food prep, and other workers would need to be checked for extra pay

Market prices have proven irrational.  The fundamentals are going to be lousy for awhile, and dividends and buybacks aren’t likely to be happening anytime soon.  That said, all of that is likely already priced into the markets.  You also have a Fed making unprecedented moves and statements...talking about buying equities...already thry’ve taken over the bond market.  At the end of the day it’s supply and demand...where are people (And institutions) going to park their money?

to me it all boils down to this:  would you kick yourself harder for missing a 20% gainer (opportunity cost) or for losing 20% of what you have? Probably also depends on how much you have to begin with.

clearly you can diversify (which is always smart)

its a mixed bag out there.  I personally am very conservative right now:  65% cash, 25% stock, and 10% private equity.

Dividend paying stocks still have a hill to climb.  But companies with products in development are still good buys- e.g. biotech, smaller hi tech, as long as they have cash .

The 5G comp INSG has climbed from 2 to 12 after starting at 9 because it's WIFI routers are in such demand now because of all the new at home workers

Offering another D2 transfer,  but this one is getting a lot of D1 offers: SIU, SUU, McNeese State, Quinnipiac, and St. Bonaventure have offers out on him as well.

However, unlike Sueker, he doesn't appear to be immediately eligible to play, but can redshirt to have 3 years to play.

Might be an under the radar guy to get, but won't help in 20-21.

Glenville St and that WV league are so weak for Bball.  Not saying that about him because he has other D1 offers.

  7. A researcher has most governments and corporations dogging her because they dont want the research done.  She recommends men dont have a phone in their pants pocket as they go sterile, women shouldn't use their bras as cell phone holders to prevent unusual breast cancers, and holding the phone close to the head ends to with greater than safe levels of radiation.  Just holding your cell phone now exceeds an earlier radiation standard.  Cell phones grew out of radar technology.

This isn't 5G related, but 5G installations typically have 57 times the transmitters of the simpler 4G setup.

Will being on the 5G network help my chances of staying employed with my company after 10:30 am tomorrow morning?  I can’t imagine a video conference call with the publisher and HR is a good thing.

Zoom has been infested by porn, so using zoom has not been good for job security

Most 5G regions don't have full capabilty now as the call phones need to be upgraded a year from now.  It's a multi year process.

  9. 5G coverage is much different than all the other G's.  In 5G, you might be part of a central locator tower, but feeder 5G stations feed the fine signal from something as mundane as a light tower, controlling 56 nodes each.  So the user might have two different signals on him simtaneously, with much more energy and much closer.  The telecom industry is pretenting the signal strengths are the same, which might be true, but the geometry and users scream differently.  Also, the signal has a difficult time passing through buildings, nescessitating different types of amplification semiconductors to receive the signals. If a company says the both 4G and 5G signals and energy are the same, that's an outright lie, as 5G is supposed to be different in a major way.  5G is way different than any other G had been

Here is a map of 5G coverage, which isn't like 4G at all .

Ah yes, ad hominem attacks, the hallmark of scientific discussion. Fun fact: many drugs originally came from natural sources. So then scientists do research to determine what chemical(s) have medicinal properties. These chemicals can then be extracted or synthesized, allowing them to be given in precise doses. Let's say that an herb contains chemical A. Would it make more sense to take the safest, purest, and most effective dose of chemical A or to eat an herb salad? Medical patents are flawed, but this doesn't mean that we should ignore the science. Remember to vaccinate your kids.

Insulin from pigs is probably that largest $ drug but they all have their uniquely engineered differences to be patentable.  Your thoughts have just been one massive ad hominem attack.

4,000 people in NY being treated with it.  Doctor's starting to believe in it?

Also, the CYDY drug is also moving along well according to the FDA, but it doesn't even kill corona, as the virus is already dead.  Just straightens out the immune system, which has gone bonkers, and eliminates the need for ventilators.

Tissue was already damaged, by EMF, for the CYDY drug to work

    1. Anecdotal evidence is just as good as no evidence.

    2. Correlation≠causation

    3. I'd just like to ask why there are no respected peer reviewed papers on alternative medicine. If it works, then it isn't alternative.

Drug companies only put big money for tests into patentable products.  Everybody but idiots knows this.

Natural products aren't patentable, except if they are systematically modified

Dude... PLEASE stick to science and evidence. We don't need quackery and conspiracy theories on this forum. I said it before, maybe lay off on the Alex Jones and David Icke. Perhaps try reading from more reliable sources. Start with some good scientific papers, or at least a source that upholds the scientific method.

So you would be a compliant patient for some doctors when they don't have a clue wants wrong, but you swear off alternative methods that have miraculously cured people.
