  1. To make sure it was a goal.
  2. It didn't say the other coaches had to wake him up. You can't prove that he was intoxicated or too drunk to drive unless he took a breathalyzer or had a blood test done.
  3. It's the same as Montana .04 what I found out was that you can get a DUI at .02 with a Class D drivers license. North Dakota and Montana have the same DUI laws on CDL's and are very close on a Class D license. A CDL can be revoked for a year and 3 year if carrying hazardous material. Second offense CDL DUI is permanent suspension of the license. I can't find anything on someone getting a DUI while using their Class D license while also holding a CDL. I didn't have to do that just pay the $200 reinstatement fee, then after the suspension is over a license shows up in the mail.
  4. I was getting at that he was issued a valid license, but some how it came up as still suspended when someone ran his license and he would have never known about.
  5. Another thing to add to #3 is that the DMV could have made a mistake on their end and reissued Hardee a valid drivers license after he completed the necessary treatment programs. I had a problem where my license plates were not assigned to my car but were assigned to me, I didn't know that until I was pulled over.
  6. Yes they do
  7. I think Faison should take responsibility for the athletic department for not making sure Hardee's drivers license was valid.
  8. The Herald won't release a story on this until the school releases a press release.
  9. Nope, but it didn't take me very long to find the police report at Portland State University. http://psuvanguard.com/news/crime-blotter-nov-26-dec-1/
  10. I do know first hand.
  11. NDDOT says over a .18 180 day suspension, but its really up to the judge.
  12. Sounds like there was a failure on the Athletic Department and the DMV. The Athletic Department should have made sure Hardee was allowed to drive the team, or at least told him he wasn't allowed to drive a vehicle under the possession of the University (rented by the University and owned by the University) for a year. It shouldn't take the DMV over a year to reinstate a drivers license after a first offence DUI (going by the fine). Now Hardee should have made sure the courts had the paper work that said he completed his treatment program. That's what I got from the article about the previous DUI. I'm not sure that alcohol was involved with the accident in Portland.
  13. He committed to RPI. He also hasn't played a game this year yet.
  14. Better effort tonight, last 10 minutes was all St. Lawrence. See what happens at WMU before I'd say the team has turned it around.
  15. I was wondering the same thing.
  16. If he kept his hands down he would still be in the game and no penalty.
  17. St Lawrence could have easily made this game uglier then 5-2. This team needs something to spark them into showing up for 60 minutes. I'm all for giving Hrynkiw a shot since Zane and Clarke are unwilling to take the job. I don't see the point of playing two defensemen as forward if there are two healthy forwards available.
  18. I'm with you on that one, take his "A" away too until he earns it.
  19. One of the coaches should ask him what dropping the gloves going to do? It's going to give them a power play and if they score on that power play it your fault for being stupid.
  20. It shows how much ESPN doesn't care about hockey.
  21. Holy Cross wins 5 BC 4 shots HC 18 BC 38
  22. it's 5-2 now with 7:57 left in the third. I can say from watching the Minnesota Wisconsin game NCHC is not loosing out not being on ESPN with how the game has been called.
  23. Holy Cross 5 BC 1 after 2
  24. The B1G opener is looking light on attendance and the ESPN announcer's are horrible.
  25. The whole blocker stealing thing in Boston could have been a Boston fan disguised as a North Dakota fan.
