I would love to see DU go with if it ever happened. I could care less about UMD.

This is all hypothetical as I doubt UND will go BG10 and I don’t think the arrogant BG10 would want to invite UND. However should they go, again hypothetically speaking, I see UND and DU being the best two options for BG10 from a purely hockey standpoint. I could also see UMD for more of the MN market but DU would be a far better choice in my opinion.

Thanks, I really like your reply. I think Sioux Falls would make a good regional but just not a destination, again in my opinion. I want to go somewhere I can escape the Dakotas during that time but I am also aware of the fact that it is pretty slim pickens right now..

Since they are building apartments all around the mall they need to get a grocery store in the mall. That will bring foot traffic into the mall and then they can start building out from there. Specialty stores, clothing etc.

I am not defending anyone in this but UND was damned if they do damned if they don’t. You had people writing into the Heraldo and then the Heraldo publishing opinion pieces from alumni calling the school racist when this came to light. I recall the opinion piece from an alumnus from NY, I believe saying how bad UND was when she went to school and how racist students were and that UND better do something or forever be branded a racist college. In the current climate via the cancel culture you are going to get roasted either way and people are out for blood. Ruining lives, rightful or not, is all that matters. Could UND gotten ahead of this, perhaps. Firehouse was good but far too expensive. You get a large sandwich, soda and chips and it was almost 15 bucks. No thanks.

I am not a UMD fan so I watch zero of their games unless they are playing UND. Don’t know any thing about Peronivich, just that his name is hard to spell. I would still rather have Poolman, JBD, as my Dman Please, tell me what is so good about Peronivich and I am being serious. Does he score a lot of goals or does he setup a lot? Is this the right choice for Hobey? Of course I have green colored glasses but it seems like Kawaguchi was a great player on a really good team.

This is great news however the even bigger news would be if JBD comes back as well. That's the one I am hoping for sure comes back. Oh and Pinto.

I thought the 2016 team tried to avoid even touching the Penrose cup as to not jinx themselves. This team certainly didn’t do that.

Bubba is a nice guy but I am not impressed with this move. I think this was premature and Mr. Schweigert needs to at the very least win a playoff game.

I am not sure what some of the last comments on this thread are getting at. Are you insinuating that UND got away with one last night, perhaps. How many times has UND not been on the good end of a call. More times than not probably. It’s not UNDs fault the way the refs called the play. Us, UND fans, have been complaining about poor officiating for a while. I guess sometimes the calls just even out.

So true. That guy is a beast, in the PK and just all around causing havoc. I sure hope that is a typo as we need his big body in against a heavy WMU team.
