  1. I’d prefer we don’t start slow and let them hit deep passes over the top like SDSU. The second half of that game, now that’d how I’d like to see our guys play for 4 quarters.
  2. The milkman was huge!
  3. Is that when you’re misguided hate for our sexy black unis started?
  4. Broken fibula as I expected. Fingers crossed for no ligament damage.
  5. What are the odds, in your opinion, that the Dukes successfully corner the frozen orange juice market?
  6. I don’t know anything about OL so I’ll give my opinion. I watched him on a few of our first plays and he seemed quick and was able to lock onto a guy and move his feet well enough to keep really good leverage. Didn’t see him leaning and reaching too much. I’m sure some former, or still, big ugly, on this board can give a better analysis.
  7. An NDSU misdirection back door wheel rout could suit him nicely.
  8. Need to be able to grind out boring ass drives running vanilla stuff though. That’s what championship teams can do.
  9. Which goes back to the point I’ve made probably once a month since Clive Georges left town. We lack legit speed to take the top off at wr and it hurts our offense. All of our wrs are either quick or big but non of them can burn.
  10. This is a much better point than the one you were arguing on the two long TD passes. This is why I think we have a very slim, at best, chance of beating JMU
  11. We all know we lack speed at wr. We get separation by being creative, that’s not sustainable.
  12. I was thinking that on Saturday when Quincy should have been getting reps. The game was in hand. Missery st had given in. He could have had an entire quarter. Kids don’t forget that stuff.
  13. Man, talk about making something out of nothing.
  14. Tommy’s best play was on that throw back where Skokna dusted one back to him and he calmly collected it, looked up, and fired it back to Skokna for a nice little gain instead of forcing it downfield like a lot of fr would. He was alarmingly calm during that whole sequence.
  15. One more day to prepare sounds fine to me since we're traveling out east and playing a blue blood.
  16. Watching it live my gut said either broken fibula or high ankle sprain. Just based on the way the player ended and how he was tackled. Obviously we'll see next week.
  17. Never heard of her
  18. The good thing for NDSU next fall is they’re the only young team and the only team that will improve.
  19. Surprised Hergel didn’t get OPOY
