  1. His track profile says 10.70 as a junior but more impressively a 24' 1" long jump.
  2. 0 on defense
  3. Rocco from Simpson and Saunders boom
  4. Well hell yes then. Welcome to the board.
  5. awesome. doesn't even have to make sense to be a great tradition. why not just have themes for student section to dress up for to make fun of the opponent?
  6. I'm not one bit worried about the passing game going into next year. I'm worried about getting the run game back and the defense transforming in the same way that SDSU's did this year. Both Bartels and Mollberg can launch the deep ball with ease unlike Hanson who had arm strength limitations, lets just hope they learned alot from him this year.
  7. O don't go.... It won't be the same without you. I always look forward to reading your posts. I'm not sure what we'll do without you other than wonder wwbs. What would badger1 say. You'll surely be missed.
  8. Hmmm. Doesnt look fast enough for safety to me buy maybe he will be.
  9. Is he projected as a lb in college?
  10. I would like to see panzarella as a regular. He was very valuable last night
  11. Vraa is good. He's the only one. Smith is a normal quick slot guy. The other ones are walk on types. Maybe next year the freshman will turn things around like ours did for us.
  12. NDSU doesn't know what to do with a really good QB since they've only been throwing the forward pass for 20 years.
  13. I bet some of it has to due with the fact that their WRs suck. Smith and Vraa are dime a dozen players and the rest don't bring much to the table. The also miss Veldman big time. Jensen has digressed this year no doubt but so have his WRs and TEs. Their offense went from smashmouth with just enough pass to predictable against good defenses.
  14. We'll see when he plays. Backup QBs always shjt golden bricks and look good from the sidelines.
  15. wouldn't hold my breath on him with an offer from Purdue
  16. There were just too many times, especially on the PP, where there was a nice 1 2 3 opportunity and it ended up 1....... stretch for the horrible pass 2 and 3 is no longer an option. It's a small thing, but once they get that tiny bit of feel for the passing the offense could do some big things and the defense would be even better as a result of fewer turnovers leading to odd man rushes.
  17. You can basically guarantee that every ticket was sold but the butts in seats did not show that
  18. Yea.... Well.... All the tickets were sold even though some people were in grand forks to see the Denver game so buttsellout
  19. That game was really up and down last night. Without taking into account the major the second period was dominant for und. The problem is the passing still isn't crisp and things were very out of sync for much of the first period. With a returning parks and the emerging wrecking crew on the 4th with the addition of senkbeil this team could turn into what we were all hoping they could be going into the season.
  20. Schleusner is an Illinois recruiting guru so I'm sure the chest bump is from there. Any big time guys from there make a visit this weekend?
  21. It's amazing, but they ran the fb up the middle all day right at him. Thats three games worth of tackles but it shouldn't be compared to numbers against a normal team since they forces fed their beast fb up the gut all day.
  22. Mattson didn't make his usual plays so this could be a nice switch for a little more physicality back there.
  23. After seeing that play and seeing no coach chewing major ass on that moron makes me cheer for Ill St in this one.
  24. EWU KR guy cocks off and lets go of the ball at the 1/2 yard line and EWU gets stuffed and has to settle for a FG........
  25. Looking at the verbals so far, this class looks pretty nice. K/P Mitch Meindel (WI) has a good ol' Howitzer for a leg. FB Dustin Iverson (ND) good athletic FB and a local kid. OL Dan Bell (WI) good size and potential. DL Brandon Miller (WI) very nice size for a DT, looked like a beast on his film. RB Jake Disterhaupt (MN) He's the next Travis Beck. If we can get another couple beast on the DL and some mean LBs along with the other needs (DB, OL, speed) this class is already shaping up quite nicely.
