I thought 94 held things up pretty well. With more game reps and rotation thanks to Cheatom and Walker being back he'll be fresh all game and hopefully very disruptive. The DL as a whole is already light years ahead of last season.

Will Rattelle had himself a nice game. He looked fast and strong and when he got to guys they went down. He should have a fine year. If Reyes makes that pick and Pickaski doesn't whiff on that third down block on our first drive I think the game would have been totally different. Those are plays that will be made in a game or two.

Add Cheatom and Walker to the DL. That should help some. Coach Jenkins Moore up on the playbook should help. Get those fr more experience. Meindel punting. All these things will make our team more competitive.

Mollberg didn't look awful but didn't seem in control. OL issues? They didn't help. It'll help when the coaches get in a groove with the players they have and form an identity.

Have to disagree about the kicking.... Knockoffs weren't bad, other than that they need work. They are fresh out of high school though.

Ruhe. One catch and he showed something we haven't seen from a TE in a long long time. He looked big tall fast and strong. He should develop quite nicely.

Can't guarantee he makes the same throw against an FBS team. Over confidence against a lesser opponent can affect that.

Compared to the last two years it was a huge improvement.

Lots to build on from this game. I wasn't as frustrated as I was at times last year. Tip of the cap to SJSU particularly the QB. He had a great game. He would have lit up most defenses playing the way he did tonight. Our team will improve each game. Patience is needed.

Nice to see a UND team not get 15 penalties in a game

A Mussman team wouldn't claw for that TD.

Best check the stats since we have over one trillion times the production by our TEs in one game as all of last year.

Jackson and Golladay would be helpful right now...

That is massive understatement. The difference is incredible. If you've got an Xbox it could make the game watchable unlike a laptop.

That UND team had no idea that they weren't supposed to win any games that year. Scrappy as hell and extremely disciplined. A complete anomaly for Mussman teams unfortunately. He's a good guy and was a very good OC, some just aren't HC material.
