For about a quarter against EWU he did what he wanted when he wanted with their tackle. He was tossing that poor guy around like it was his little brother on thanksgiving in the backyard.
Some plays Cielslak looks like an NFL guy. Then he disappears for a few games. If he can tap into that level of play consistently he has the ability to wreck an offense by himself.
Maybe we could handle having fewer on the roster if the ends would put on some damn weight so they can set the edge. Moving to The Valley and against some CAA teams we need lots of bodies in the trenches.
Perhaps Bubba has been holding Rudy back. It’s possible. If so, I’d like for Bubba to unleash him next year. I’ll eat a full plate of crow if that happens. Heck I’d have seconds. We'll see.
Saw Collin play a lot at Central. Smooth and pretty big. Smart player. Not sure about the foot speed though. Didn’t seem quick enough for UND standards in the d courps these days.
