Funny, I’m a feminist. I’m also not blind. Name a variable, other than checking, that would cause the noticeable discrepancy in skating ability. I’ve had this conversation with women’s college hockey players and they think it’s the lack of checking too.

Watch men play hockey then watch women play hockey. It you can’t tell that one group is vastly better on their skates then you’re blind.

Seriously, the reason women suck at hockey is they can’t skate. They can’t skate cause they don’t check and they don’t need to be strong on their skates. Checking=better skating.

Other than cashing jumpers in a guys face boxing out is the only really enjoyable part of basketball. Other than that you can’t find much for physicality in basketball these days.

That is beyond ridiculous. Parents need to chill out. If your kid isn’t that good you need to be realistic. They aren’t all all stars.

Depends on the kid. Each recruit has a unique formula that the coaches need to crack.

Did it at a bachelor party and it was an absolute blast. We had a great group for it though because everyone was aggressive athletic and drunk. We looked over at a different group “playing” it and they made it look pretty lame. There’s one in Maple Grove, i think it’s the closest place.

That’s funny. You know me better than I do? I played for coach Berg. He followed the John Wooden model of no swearing. He didn’t need to. He could cut to your soul and motivate you to do anything with a glance.

Colorful language is fine and understandable. Calling your players regards and fags is another thing entirely. I’m as far from pc as you can get but if a coach had ever talked to me like that there would have been a physical altercation.
