Bubba needs to pull his head out of his ass with spring ball. Our program needs hype anywhere it can find it and a fun spring game could be a great celebration of the future of the program. Instead we get this pile of meh.

I’d assume he’ll be fine. He’s a straight line runner with no wiggle which should allow him to be back to what he was doing faster than if he was a Santiago type.

No pro day numbers are typically .1 second faster than at the combine since they are typically hand timed.

The Issue isn’t whatever they were clocked at in the past because they were never at the combine previously and were never subject to their means of measurement. Also some guys just don’t test well, they have game speed. I also think a lot of the top guys are victims of hype where their legend outgrows their physical capabilities. This would make it easy for an unheralded player to seemingly outperform their expectations.

Curious how you would be familiar with their career bests.

I expect him to get a shot in a camp. Hopefully he can take advantage.
