Why would it matter if he was on JV his senior year of high school? You should settle down and take it easy on your keyboard...I can hear it getting smashed from halfway across the country.

Rivalry games are tricky. Specially when one team is perceived to be way better. Only way ndsu comes out looking good is a convincing win in which the backups get playing time. If it's close, the perception starts to change.

I don't see a B1G getting in. I just don't see the quality wins... Plus one of their "elite" teams got thumped at Oregon.

Notre Dame has rejected the B1G before and will continue to do so.

Look at the ACC. Navy is a rivalry game. Stanford is a rivalry game. USC is a rivalry game. Apparently all 3 are non-negotiable. Notre Dame also has home-home's with Texas, Ohio State, Texas A&M, and Georgia in the future. ACC football membership would take away that flexibility to continue playing these types of teams.

Why would Notre Dame do that? They will be playing 5 ACC teams every year...they play USC and Stanford every year. They also play Navy and Purdue.

If they finish 11-1 and the SEC teams keep beating each other up they have a shot

Forward progress is an amazing thing isn't it? He got stuffed. Went nowhere... Eventually got in. Whether there was a whistle or not will not be known. That game has zero bearing on the game last night.

Weird. I haven't heard any Irish fans crying. It was interference. Plain and simple. Probably would have scored if they just got in the way rather than actually blocking the guys. You crying about one of the greatest goal line stands in history however.... That's crying. That was a play that could have went either way.
