They have been ahead or tied for a majority of games and lose it in the third. I think imho that Berry has to be more of a head coach and not a assistant. His job is to win not make friends.

How about sitting players who take undisciplined penalties, bench players who don’t hustle back on icings or just to retrieve the pucks on the power play. How about changing the way they train so they are not gassed at the end of games.

Most of us don’t want Berry fired but make some changes that bring about positive results.. he hasn’t been one to do this just run status quo. When your an assistant you can be the players buddy not as head coach.

Western going to be snarly after being swept by Omaha , not a good situation for us.

Not sure if that’s 100% true but what they have been putting on the ice this year is not North Dakota Hockey and Berry needs to figure this out not keep his head in the sand and pretend it will work itself out.

Probably afraid of getting benched, never mind.

Does Berry have the changes in him to make a difference , rewatching the game and lost count of how many times our D are in front of the opposing net and fowards covering in back. Maybe time to reign in the D rushes and concentrate on D first.

These players don’t forget how to play hockey when they get here they are put into a system that doesn’t work or not holding them accountable.

Then where is the AD in all this, being hockey is the biggest sport in his department you would think he would be involved. Berry so far is wash and repeat. What has Berry changed since the beginning of the season ? Poor discipline, the team seem to be gassed, out of condtion at the end of games and team defense is very poor. Has he benched any players for poor play or discipline not yet, has he changed his defense philosophy to take care of our own end first, nope. Coaches need to hold players accountable and Berry doesn’t seem to be that guy.

But the effort, but the alternate Jersey , but the culture. Not sure why this is happening but something has to change because whatever Berry and his staff are preaching it’s not taken serious by his players, no hustle on pucks, poor coverage and the condtioning seems to be lacking in this group. The leaders on this team know what it takes to compete but are they living that or just going through the motions.

This culture should help with recruiting right?

Been saying this for awhile, Berry is a players coach not going to overwork the boys. He should be a results coach.

If they only had an alternate Jersey , that would do the trick.

Not blaming Poolman but for some reason this team has looked gassed at the end of games. It was 2-2 half way thru the game and how did it end up?

Is this team in condition? Seems like we start out fast and fade , ASU up 2-0 lose 3-2. Up on St Clown 2-1 then Lose 7-2. If our rebound machine can’t stop a basic dump in from the blue line why is he in there. Very poor team play all the way around.

Save % is a team stat, give aways are killing this team. This whole team just plays very poor in its own end and this staff has no idea or unwilling to fix the issues. Haven’t seen a UND hickey team that may be done before Xmas.

And tomorrow their A goalie will be playing.

Being 6-10-3 to end the year should end Berrys tenure.

Clean out the whole staff and start fresh

I think Berry has lost this team , going to be a long year.
