All I know is that one of my buddies and myself decided we would rather fight Finley than Robbie Bina. That kid is one tough cookie. I think the kid is really becoming the team star as he has picked up his game, hit hard and scored points I think he is actually tied with Lee for points.

Actually UND PK % went up over the weekend. Second I think UND has scored more goals on the PP then Minnesota as of late. Meanless stat because of how bad UND played on the PK early and how Minnesota came out so fast at the beginning of the season and now have fallen back a bit.

I have only hit the refs a few times this season. Hum, one of them was a link and a plug of the Whistler article he wrote for say anything blog. I went back and checked and there is one article that was written in the last month that even hits the officials solely. I think its funny no one is hacking on Virg for writting it. Did you want me to send you the tape of the Gopher game from last saturday?

First off none of us are going to suit up so it really doesn't matter what we say about the refs or if people make excuses. If I was going to blame anyone for the loses this past season I would point you in another direction. That is for another thread. However, the refs sucks, go back and watch the game between the Gophers and the Pioneers if your memory needs refreshing. That effort from Anderson is worthy of nothing less than scorn from both coaches. Dean I will send you the tape if you think I am missing the mark. I personally don't remember anyone saying we lost a game because of officiating. On that note anyone want to lay a buck down that the Gophers get more power plays than UND? Lets look at the number at the end of the weekend.

Saturday night, I could barely see

Bull crap that stupid, this is a discussion board if people want to talk about the refs sucking and being worthless so be it, wanting to fire the Officials so be it. I don't know any of us that have used the refs as an excuse. I don't know if anyone has blamed a loss on the refs, however, they aren't very good and its a legitimate subject. Seriously if the coaches are making hints about it with out going on the record officially then they are really bad. If you aren't sold on the fact that the Refs are bad I have a tape of the Gopher game from Saturday that will re-inforce that point of view. If you want to take the high ground talk about Sioux fan's being halos and bitching about the people that bitch about the officials go to Gopher Puck Live. Seriously, we have too many board police right now. Discussion is good, we can't have a love feast that goes like this all of our players are good they just aren't gettting the breaks. The refs have a very hard job and its not fair to criticize them. Maybe we should spend a day in their shoes.

With all due respect; I think what Schmidt-Doggy-Dog was talking about, and I what I have brought up was the fact that there are some people who are wearing these feel good green colored goggles, and they think that there is some unwritten rule that you can't critque a player and its construed as bashing a player. Stating the obvious isn't player bashing, come on really if you witnessed a bad play bring it up. If I was player bashing it would have read something like this player______ is worthless piece of camel dung. I don't think anyone has said anything like that. The problem I have with the media and other around this town is the excuse making I have seen this season. Its intolerable. If you want to read bashing read what ever I have to say about the officials or the Gophers that bashing. Oh yeah the goofer and Briggs suck, is that better. Notice that the old Briggs is coming back game by game.

Lee won't go into the corners, not very often. If your questioning this go look at the tape from this weekend. On Friday and Saturday he had the man coverage where his guy went into the corner and he looked over to his defense partner for him to go into the corners. Robbie Bina will go into the corner and get the puck. One more question. Why can't we try Lee at forward and put Radke back where he belongs. I can't believe that Hak has thrown Kyle under the bus after watching some of the plays that Finley and Lee have made, I believe Radke is better than both of the formentioned players. Kind of a shame to watch what has happened to Radke this season... One thing I like about Radke is his slapper from the point. I am kind of wondering if Radke is going to be the odd man out next year and his demotion to the fourth line is the writing on the wall?

That isn't even a fair trade. For one Dupuis is not very good and I would probably label him as a loafer or a soft player.

The Whistler is right there is no way the Sioux will get the breaks this weekendand get more power plays than Minnesota, wont happen . If that happens I predict that Lucia will be lodging a complaint with the league office because he didn't get his entitled Power Plays. Seriously. Actually there shouldn't be a lot of penalties kills this weekend as the Fighting Sioux have not taked that many penalties this season, I am some what surprised.

That is why I don't like Pioneers or their coach, that type of attitude starts behind the bench and works its way forward. They haven't changed at all since they became a force in the league. The rub their opponents face in it. Getting in the opposition face after a game and smacking your stick on the opposition players box in their arena is total classless... To top it all off, Punkobitch is still up to his old tricks, he absolutely flattened a gopher player into the boards. Of course he picked a smaller player.

Old time hockey right. I sure hope so. As much as I hate both teams, Denver was really talking a lot of smack and running their mouth all series long. I am not so sure I wouldn't have sent a message. Fisher getting in Wheeler face at the end of the game was really an act of no-class.

That will pretty much guarentee we don't see him this weekend.
