You missed my joke, the premise is that UMN will not have a game that was officiated like the UND series was this past weekend. The minute an opposing players breaths on a gopher player there will be a power play. Marko Hunt will not be the offical for the Gophers in the first round. They will get Sheppard or Champion for their home series.

I think the inconsistancy is a bit of a problem, but they have been able to over come it.

Right now I would be willing to bet that its in the back of Lucia's mind. Both of their goalies aren't that good. While your thinking up a retort Bucky, Phil is 3-1 against your team the last four games.

I think RWD is right as well as another poster that said that both teams could have spent a ton of time in the Penatly box. I would be willing to be that if the Bull Dogs play the Gophersthey will not be able to play that type of game against the Gophers. Donny Lucia will blow a gasket if his team has to play that type of game. Just a perdiction. I did see Toews and Oshie getting frustrated with the amount of obstruction what was going on saturday night. It wasn't as bad on Friday night. Our team is going to learn how to play without all off the obstruction too. If Champion had been officating this game it would have been a parade to the box, for both side. My buddies that I sit with agreed with that assessment as well. I actually like special teams aspects of hockey. I think the WCHA is going to be in trouble when we get refs from The EZAC and Hockey East who call the game more like it should be called. As for the Wild they play a defensive system and they also get called for a lot of stupid penalties. I was ready to throw my TV through the front window after the game tonight. My assessment of Hunt is that he is not one of the WCHA best officials. I like the guy we had during the UAA series. I wish we could get him again. I thought Sheppard did an ok job last time we reffed for us. I don't want to see Champion or Hunt again.

Well let me tell you, I spent 3 weeks in Queens, New York for work and I stayed in the Holiday INN close to the JFK airport and I have to say that If I never go back I won't be sad. Yikes, what gridlock. You can't even go out of your hotel after night, unless your carrying a fire arm. I will take the Midwest and with less thugs any day.

This is what most of us have been saying all year. There is way too many inconsistencies. So the law suit. I think the NCAA is going to lose because, UND's best strategy is just let them keep making rulings incosistently. This is just another instance of this happening.

Briggs isn't worthy of sniffing Hauser's jock.

I have seen Grafton play twice this season, both in the last week and they can down right skate. Who ever plays them is going to have their hand full. They are my dark horse team this year.

Just Win...

My bad we don't have two games in hand with the C.C. tigers. I guess we have to be closet Maverick and then DU fans. That makes my skin itch.

Funy thing is there was almost an implosion by the Goofers in this game. The Gophers don't scare me based on who is in net. UND is now tied for fourth place. C.C. is 4-6-2 in their last 12 games. I would like to play them in the first round in our house. Very beatable. Hate to say it but we will be DU fans the last week. DU will be looking to revenge a sweep at the hands of the tigers earlier in the season and we have two games in hand on them.

Minnesota goes down the ice and scores again.

You can bet your bottom dollar that what we witnessed this weekend will not transpire if and when the Goofers and the Dawgs play. There will be a march to the penalty box by the Bull Dog players.

When I lived in boston I think North Eastern was the college that was in the tough part of the hill right down from Roxbury. Boston U if remember right was in a pretty cool part of town kind of close to Fenway Park.

I relish the thought of UND being able to pummel Cornell for a couple of games and then sending their whinny coach Shaffer home complaining about home cooking.
