Your just not getting it. Hating a team has nothing to do with respect. Just because we respect a team that we hate doesn't mean we have to give them undying props nor will some of us. I am not giving Red a Pass. I listened to the Press conference, that was disgraceful. NO credit given to the Sioux, poor goaltending, blamed the refs and lastly the pucks had eyes. Lucia was pretty classy in his post game press conference.

I don't think anyone said we hated him, I actually was dying to see him get into a scrap this year but no one would dance with him. I think his untimely penatlies almost cost the Sioux in a few games. However, I didn't think he should have been given a 5 minute major for checking from behind. The part that really chapped my but was EJ was smirking after the hit on the bench proving my theory that he imbelished it and should have been given a diving penalty. Go back watch and watch the film and you will see him smirking on the bench. That kind of stuff makes my blood boil.

Why wouldn't the Sioux play Martins instead of Radke on the wing? Martins has show to have a pretty good upside in the limited amount of playing time that he has gotten. I wondered this last weekend.

First off I hope your wrong. I hope that the writers will look at the facts that the WCHA top to bottom is still the toughest league in college hockey and the fact that Ryan was consistant and score many points against the tough teams like Minnesota, SCSU and Michigan. The CCHA has a lot of creme poofs in it and the over all power of Notre Dame was pretty weak.

Dan is alright to listen to I just don't listen to him anymore because I have XM-Radio. I told Puffy that KFAN should be on the XM dial. I am not so sure why he calls his show sports, its more of his poltical stuff than sports. Ussually when he is talking sports he is putting down a coach, team or player. Maybe its just his MO. I can tell from listening to him Hockey isn't his first love. Your right he did knock down a few fans that were having trouble seeing the big picture. Just to go the NCAA frozen four is tough, let alone the Final Five championship game.

You have a point you have the debacle in Gophers last bowl game. I also wonder if the basket ball team has won as many games in three season as the gopher have in one or two seasons? I listed to the radio show in question and I think Dan was having fun. It was more satirical. I think Dan was taking issue with the media and the propaganda ministry.

Talk about a guy that gives the other team props, while other coaches makes excuses, goaltending night mare, no puck luck, the officating wasn't up to snuff on and on: RED I had a football coach say one time that win as a team and lose as a team, but in doing either you show some class and respect for the other team. Hak might even be humble all most to a fault. Very complimentry. No entitlement. I can respect that a lot. Lucia wasn't too bad during his press conference.
