Rewind back to their back to back NCAA championships. My phone rang off the hook immediately after each championship game. I came home one day after the Championship game to find the Minnesota rouser on my answering machine. Rubbing it in is half the fun. Or do we have short memories. I would say Goli is going to be gone. That kid has improved a lot. When he first came to league I refered to him as a pylon but he impressed me this season. KO I think will be back unless the Islander poneys up the money, they still have to sign Blake so I would bet some money he is back next season. EJ seems to be getting pressure from St. Louis but maybe he will take a page from Jack Johnson's book. The money will be there either way. If I was to compare Carle to EJ its not even close right now. Heck Carle even went back to the AHL for a tune up.

Seriously, after the start the Sioux had the first part of the season, I didn't expect a run to the Frozen Four. Its appreciated and you expect your team to get there a much as possible but with three in a row maybe we are blessed up in God's country I mean Grand Forks. I personally wouldn't be surprised to see EJ come back next season.

With those KRACH ranking the WCHA would have had like 5 teams in and UMASS and MAINE would have been at home watching the tourney. I could live with that. I agree with the poster that said they need to reward who is playing well at the end of the season. Their would still only be one number one seed in the tourney and that would BC and Clarkson would have been a two seed which is still a huge stretch.

The part that made me mad was Johnson was smirking on the bench after the hit, Johnson totally embelished to draw a penalty. The gophers are worse than the Robbie Earl led BADgers of last season.
