Holy crap offense. Talk about crapping the bed. The defense does their job and you come back with a 3 and out? Running an off-tackle run, not even a draw, on a 3rd and 10?

If the defense can get a stop on this next drive and the offense puts together another drive, then I'll believe there's hope.

This is the game that UND needed QB play to actually be solid. NAU just gunning for the run. Instead Studsrud can barely hit the broad side of a barn most the game.

NAU helped UND out on that drive imo. A tunnel screen and two run plays, not terribly aggressive.

Missed a trip by the NAU linemen on Labat on that tunnel screen.

All of this is on the line. Simply not opening holes. Unable to give Studs much protection after that first long pass. You're seeing the impact on Studsrud as he's been way off lately. This offense is going nowhere and it's taking the defense with it. This right now looks like a loss. I know it's early and never know what might happen, but seeing what the offense has looked like so far and it's not looking good for a conference championship.

Run blitz. Run blitz. Run blitz. NAU has no concern about our passing game.

The flip side of this is that the offense has gotten the ball multiple times in decent field position and they've done absolute squat with it.

Ugh, long TD by NAU. There has to be some way of getting pressure. QB had way too much time against a 3 man rush with man coverage on the outside. How? Where's the safety if we're in max cover?
