Scoring is going to need to come from somewhere other than Avants. Hooker needs to become more aggressive. Getting to that point in the game where the issue might need to be forced.

Again, free throws are an issue. This team simply can't make free throws.

NDSU changed their offense and started finding more success. Smart call by the NDSU coach and Jones hasn't really adjusted defensively. Offensively, NDSU can't keep track of Avants.

UND won't win this game unless Hooker starts making some shots. NDSU's guys have heated up and Hooker is still completely cold.

NDSU can't seem to miss at the moment. UND needs to stop that momentum.

Stupid fouls by both guys. Need to just walk away from that situation.

Really don't like some of these calls in this game. They are calling some ticky tack things and then don't call others that look like obvious fouls. Strange officiating.

Torrey Hunt, 3rd and long towards the end of the game, bat the damn ball away on the deep throw, don't go for the toss-up int when you haven't shown the ability all season to win those battles. Had he just punched the ball away instead of going for that pick, UND likely gets the ball back on a punt.

Most of the time I agree with the "firing coaches isn't the answer" but Rudolph has been getting by for awhile and bailed out time and time again. Much of the defensive struggles are put on the offense unable to sustain drives. That was evident this game in the second half. After that first drive in the 3rd, the offense did nothing. The problem is, that wasn't just something from this game. That is a trend.

I really hope they reevaluate Rudolph as OC. Too many points this season where playcalling was terrible. Yes, we won a lot of games, but you don't give an OC a pass on 70% terrible playcalling and 30% brilliant. Those numbers don't mesh.

This game just frustrated the crap out of me. How do you go from looking lights out to pissing yourself the rest of the game? Had we stayed the course and not tried to get cute with the offense in the second half, we win. Santiago didn't have it. Oliviera did. To put Santiago out there the last offensive possession was incredibly stupid.

That was the worst half of football I've seen in awhile. Dumb penalties, blown assignments, terrible playcalling. I put this loss heavily on Rudolph. You have a 230 pound powerback getting you 4-5 yards a carry and you don't feed him the whole second half?

Sorry but Rudolph needs to go. Yes he's been given a pass all season but he's been bailed out several times. This second half has been a joke of playcalling.

Just let him score at this point.

Rudolph needs to be held accountable for this offense in the second half. Honestly Richmond couldn't consistently stop Oliviera, so UND stopped giving him the ball. Boggles the damn mind.

This game is over. Richmond will just run clock and kick a fg. Hunt beat again.

Why completely abandon the running game? Why not any draws? Why no Oliviera?

Put Oliviera in and ram it down their throats. You get 5 yards on first down, you don't throw the ball.

That running into the kicker penalty is looming huge right now. The team was humming until that point. From there its been all Richmond. Ugh. Someone needs to step up.

Defense is gonna have to win this game, the offense isn't getting it done.
