Thank you for saying this. There are few excuses I can give the line this year. To me it looks like there is no desire to put the defensive guy into the ground. Where's the mean? Running the ball isn't just technique, it's also mentality. You have to have the attitude you are going to smack the guy across from you and push them back. Too often the line goes nowhere or goes backward, even on power runs.

With the way this team is I'm going to be shocked if they win another game the rest of the year. Defense is atrocious and the offense is a joke.

And yup. That's the game. Goodbye everyone.

Any team that UND plays this year just have to run straight up the middle. We can't stop anyone.

Did the whole team forget how to tackle over the offseason?

This wasn't supposed to be a rebuilding year. This was supposed to be a year we pushed deep in the playoffs. We had a returning offensive line, we had a pair of proven running backs, a wide receiver group that produced late last year, and a senior QB. We had an experienced defense with a few holes. That's what it was supposed to be going in. Obviously everything has gone to crap so you know, there's that.

At this time next season, Rudolph needs to be coaching elsewhere. Prior to that last drive, the offense had 47 yards. That's embarrassing.

We suck enough today, we don't need the officials helping MSU any more.

Officials cost us the first td. They then let the MSU line get away with murder that sets up another td, and finally they have a track team setting the ball into play that costs an insane amount of time at the end which leads to a scramble.

What a joke.

So two Montana St defenders run into each other and that's pass interference on UND. But the MSU DB's can be grabbing receivers before the ball gets there and that's just good defense?

Yeah, one score is way too high and way too low.

And the Montana st offensive line is getting away with murder. Holy !@#$!

Against a mobile QB like this guy, why the hell are we stunting our outside backers inside so often? How many times has the QB gotten outside by outrunning a DE?

Montana St has no need to put the ball in the air.

Now we need probably 3 or 4 more defensive td's to win.

Yup, this game is over. Offense again can do absolutely nothing. Rudolph has to go. This season is pretty well over. I've seen nothing out of this team to say they will win more than a couple games over the course of the year.

At this point I have to wonder about the coaching staff. I know there are injuries but the team is playing undisciplined on top of that. They lack any kind of fire, there's no urgency, and they simply look unprepared. You have a mobile, athletic QB, and you aren't doing anything to contain him. Game is over at this point.

Well, this is embarrassing again. Two weeks in a row they look like garbage.

3 and out. Offense is a mess. Receivers cutting off routes, Studsrud completely whiffing. Video cutting out. Yup, total crap show.

Offense is going to have to win this game, it won't be the defense.

Incredibly weak late hit call. Wow, these refs have their heads shoved up their butts. And Disterhaupt has to make that tackle. He's spying the QB for that reason.
