Big chances!!!!!!!!!!, Dogs don't score... PP over under 2 to go
-
This is their big shot! They need to score here! NO SHORTYS!!!!!!!!!
-
KILL IT DOGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Still 3-3. Dogs have had the Huskies bottled up for the last 5 minutes or so. CC going on the PP now though. 9:04 to go in the third.
-
This is the kind of game that can get a team on a roll!! If we end up winning, that is... 3-3 after 2 periods!!
-
Wow!! UNbelievable!! The Dogs are showing they still have some fight left!! GET the LEAD!!!!!!!!!!
-
Furious action in the second here. Dogs down a man again here...
-
Hopefully the Dogs will get a similar result at Mariucci next weekend!! Dogs still tied with CC 1-1, 15:24 to go in the second
-
Dogs outshoot CC 14-5, but that's just par for the course this season. The GOOD news is that we put one in the net. It's tied 1-1 after one.
-
In case you didn't know...we are under a "winter storm warning" in the twin cities. It's been snowing since early this morning and won't stop until early tomorrow morning. Should be around 10" by the time it's done.

Dogs outshooting CC 10-2... CC going on the PP
-
Denver up 2-1 over St. Cloud
-
Josh Johnson has been getting a lot of playing time lately. I think this is his third straight start... Another bad giveaway by the Dogs. That is where they have been hurt...as they are putting tons of pressure on the give up an odd-man rush the other way and an easy goal.

Just go to Warpradio.com, enter KDAL GOAL! 1-0 Dogs... I'm stunned! We scored first! Schwabe!
-
Nevermind...we are at CC! What fun...
-
Why are they starting at 8:35?? Aren't we at home?
-
Now these are the kind of final standings I would like to see. NDH, are you sure you are not using the 2004 version of the What-If Calculator??
-
Go ahead and underestimate us then. RTWD and I will be at the Frozen Ocean watching the Dogs surprise the hell out of the Gophers.
-
I think St. Cloud is by far the dirtiest team! Even the Gophers pale in comparison to Dahl's thugs.

On my old phone I composed "In Heaven there is NO Beer!" during the 2003 Final Five. Alas, my old phone died and was replaced by a newer model, but one that did not have a "compose" option for ringtones.
-
And this all assumes that the conference tournaments go as planned. There is still an auto-bid for the WCHA PLayoff champ, correct?
-
I believe it was a comeback from 4-0 in the third period. The Dogs end up winning 5-4 in OT. As for your comments Mr. "Basil", I think you need to quit smoking the more potent "herbs"...at least while taking your avatar picture!

I chose 5th for the Sioux, to set up (hopefully...if the Dogz can hang on to 6th) a Sioux/Buldog matchup in the first round. It will be just like old times!

Our core defensemen for sure. Geisler was a stalwart defenseman to be sure, and Hardwick provided some valuable experience on the blueline. Unkle Jesse probably is the least missed, as our incoming forwards, though young, are big guys! I was hoping Petruic could step into the roll that Geisler left vacant. Lessard left an unfillable gap in the scoring offense with his size and sniping ability. Though Schwabe has 13-17-30 so far this season, the offense lacks that finishing touch that Lessard provided. There are 11 seniors on the Bulldogs this year, but Sandy is recruiting like mad to fill the gaps. He is a much better recruiter than Sertich was, I was just hoping he could be a better motivator (not that a senior-heavy team should need much of that) to help pull this team out of the slump before it was too late (which, barring an improbable run through the Final Five, it probably already is).

That was my post!!! I didn't realize I was logged as my sister...
