In watching UNO play the goofers, they looked like the Fighting Sioux in UNO uniforms. They play intense physical hockey at both ends of the rink. Hopefully the depth of the Sioux will prevail over the Mavs but it should be a great weekend of hockey.

I think some sort of esoteric symbol should be designed that represents strength/courage/bravery or similar attributes and that could become our identity. We could be called "the team formerly known as the Fighting Sioux." Then in a few years we could sort of phase out the symbol and just become the Fighting Sioux again. It seemed to work for Prince.

Does anyone have any info on Evan Trupp's younger brother, Haydn? I believe is playing for the same junior team that Evan played on.

Evan Trupp has a younger brother (Hayden) who is playing AAA midgets in Alaska. I believe he is a junior in High School and seems to be a very talented player, much in the same mold as Evan. Has there been any discussion about him or does anyone have any info about UND interest in him?
