At risk of sounding cocky, Bucky can't skate with us WITH their other two guys. UW and UND each lost highly skilled players last season. The difference is we have the horses to replace the talent loss.

Let's hear some predictions. Final score, etc. I got the Sioux in a sweep tonight winning 4-2. Oshie gets on the board with 2 goals and one assist. Bucky simply cannot skate with the DOT line.

I think you're right. I caught both feeds last week against Q. I never needed a login/password though. It just took me right to the feed.

You can bet Bucky will come out with a ton of intensity tonight. I'm sure Hak has the boys prepared to match their fire.

I heard about that. I noticed their normal Sioux chant changed this year. In the past, I always heard "Racist A$$hole".... They modified it to "Racist Mascot." I'm disappointed.

A guy in the stands (Badger fan) noticed I was wearing my Sioux Hockey sweatshirt last night at the game. He was pretty decent and asked me who "that really big guy for UND" was. I told him it was Finley and we talked about how big he was, etc. Not two minutes later Big Joe knocks the home town boy Skille out of the game. The guy looks at me and says, "Boy, you weren't kidding, huh?" Tough to see ANYBODY get hurt.... Joe's a big boy though.

I don't disagree about Genoway making some sloppy plays. I was super impressed with his speed though. I guess I just didn't realize how quick he was. I concur with your views on UND being the better team. I thought it was obvious all night, especially in the first period of play. The puck seemed to always be in the Badger zone. UW is going to come out tonight with intensity and anger. UND knocked their top two players, minus Elliot, out for some time. To top it off, they lost a tough one to a rival on the night they hung their banner.... Oh yea, it's homecoming weekend too. My point is that UND had better match their energy early. GO SIOUX!!!

Just got back from Madtown and offer the following observations from my view in the nosebleed section: Genoway is fast.... really fast. I didn't know how fast until I saw him skate live. The "DOT" line was head and shoulders better than than Bucky. They just can't skate with Toews and Oshie. I obviously saw Skille get hurt, but didn't see who hit him. It looked really bad and I'd be shocked if he didn't break something. While the score didn't indicate it, I think the Sioux are a far superior hockey team. Short and sweet... I'm tired. Great game and I look forward to the sweep tomorrow night.

I forgot to add.... I sit in the "Family Section" when I go. I don't encounter a lot of the drunken fools that are pretty much at every stadium at every sporting event across the country. No alcohol is allowed in that section. Ya can't beat the price though. $12 per seat and that includes a voucher for a soda and hotdog.

Don't sweat it. I'll be at the Friday night game with 5 of my buddies, all of which are Badger fans. UGH! Seriously though, the Badger fans I've encountered aren't bad at all. That said, if you act like a jackoff, you will certainly find a problem somewhere. The fans there are pretty loud. In fact, I think the crowd is much louder than what I have seen at the Ralph. Every goal scored results in "Sieve" chant. They also throw out the "Racist A$$holes" chant when the Sioux show up.

I'm working on being at the Friday night game myself. I've been to 5 or 6 Sioux games at the Kohl Center wearing my Sioux gear. Never even heard a single comment. Either I'm one scary dude or the Badger fans are pleasant.
