Ok... it is about 20 minutes before they drop the puck and I don't have a picture yet. All I have is a black screen and message that says "Ready" below it. I am assuming that I won't get a picture until game time.

Well, I broke down and paid the $99.00 for the season hockey pass. It had better work for me. The previews looked fantastic. Does anybody know what time they start broadcasting? Are there any pregame interviews, etc?

Scalping tickets is the nature of the beast with teams that boast great tradition. I grew up in Grand Forks and would go to the Sioux games as a kid. I am now living in Wisconsin and have to pay out of my butt to sit at Lambeau Field. Just to get into the nose bleed section of the endzone costs upwards of $200.00 a seat. When I return to Grand Forks to visit, I pay top dollar to sit at the new Ralph. I guess I just expect to pay good money for top notch sporting entertainment.

Every team has their fair share of questionable fans. The Gophers aren't immune to it and neither are the Sioux>>> That is the absolute truth. I get embarrassed at times going to see my beloved Sioux in Madison at the Kohl Center. Most Sioux fans are great, but every year there are two or three buttheads that show up and make everyone in green look stupid.

I hope FSN carries the game Friday. Thats my only ticket to seeing the game. It would be a damn shame to have to listen to it on the internet again. Oh well, I guess ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Bochenski is a fantastic player. However, it's clear that Zach Parise is a man amongst boys on the ice. He sees things before they happen and is truely special. I'm a bit surprised at how tough he is on the ice as well. I went to the Badger series in Madison a few weeks ago (I grew up in Grand Forks and now reside in Wisconsin). The Badgers kept that thug, Winchester, on him the entire series. Zach held his own and got a few shots in while giving up about 50 pounds.
