Hence, the market (games) is FLOODED with Sioux gear because people who weren't wearing any before, now are because they thought if they didn't buy some now, they'd never be able to. Either way, I was just at the BB game vs Montana and Weber State. There was much more "Sioux" apparel than there was anything else. And I don't even have to talk about the hockey games. I will say that at Football, there seems to be a pretty even amount of both "UND/North Dakota" gear and "Sioux" gear, but in no way is it "apparent that their is a transition leaning towards non-sioux gear." Sorry man, but you're 100% wrong on this one imo.

I stopped reading after this. What games are you going to, because I've been to Mens and Women's Basketball games, hockey, and football games THIS YEAR and I'd say the exact OPPOSITE is true. If anything, people are wearing MORE Sioux gear.

I think it's ridiculous that anyone would be THAT mad about losing to the #5 team in the country in their own house. We battled back from a 0-2 hole, had some really bad, make it HORRID luck (I've never seen a puck skate across the line like that the way it did for Thompson's no goal), and came back strong. What I can understand and what I AM mad about is the stupid ass penalty Mac took. Whether it was embellished or not is not the point. He clearly hit the guy and had absolutely no reason to. I expect more from a Sr/ASS CPT, especially when we were already short handed. He needs to make up for that tonight. As far as the big picture, the loss wasn't exactly the end of the world like some are saying. It's not like we lost at home to Niagra. Come on now.

As am I. Happy of course, but still shocked. Kind of reminds me of Miami last year. I just hope they don't go on a run in their conference tourney, as we all know the playoffs in college hockey is truly a "better that day" than "better overall." What I'm hoping for is some early deflections Kyle Okposo style! Not sure what has brought a bigger smile to my face....that Packers choke job or the Gophers one.
