with as popular as Sioux hockey is here in Grand Forks has UND ever thought about having a midnight madness event in coordination with the Sioux's first practice which I believe is the day before the exhibition game. have a meet the sioux prior to along with fan activities and drop the puck at midnight for their first practice of the year. I know they've tried with basketball up here and it hasn't been that successful but one would imagine that hockey could be different?

I see the Canadian and US camp roster came out and unless I'm blind there are no Sioux on it except for future Sioux recruit Kristo. two years in a row we don't lose anyone to the world juniors? that would be nice considering we play in the GLI over break.

I like the forwards we have coming in and returning plus a very nice mixture of upperclassmen vs. underclassmen

whether it'll be good or bad I don't know but we are going to be awfully young in net. that is the only thing that makes me feel uneasy about this next year.
