Because Osterberg was trying to draw attention to the phantom head-shot. Had he immediately grabbed his knee, he may have sold the penalty.

In most years, we don't even know the World Championships are even going on - womens OR mens. This year, apparently the womens tournament is drawing Super-Bowl like ratings and is the biggest tournament since the 1980 Olympics.

Hak better figure it out next season or his head will roll.
