So what are people going to think when your team chants Sioux Suck when they play a team other than UND after the name is changed...I see a NCAA violation and possible lawsuits coming!!

Because all we still hear from you Bison fans are how we are going to struggle in the Big Sky due to travel. Where just 8 years ago you guys were all set, and travel was never an option. Also 8 years ago the GWFC was still alive so you still had an option. Where after this year there is no Great West so our ONLY option besides Independant land is the Big Sky. Take that over to Bisonville and share it. Yes people smacked NDSU for the move mostly because you moved while we were stuck in DII land, now that we are going to the Big Sky (MVFC's equal) you guys are smacking us on issues that didn't bother you 8 years ago. Jealousy?? And the Big Sky might be an option for NDSU if the NCC 2.0 oh sorry Summit League keeps their revolving door open and Oakland or IPFW or IUPUI leaves.

Those fans hate to admit it. On the name issue.. I am for the name and big supporter until Nov. 30th 2010, then I went to retire the name. SR wasn't budging so it was over. Al Carlson's law..still not sold on it. Then the Big Sky letter came out threatening to possibly kicking UND out that changed my view 100% to change the name. We have no choice but to go to the Big Sky. They say well travel will be a problem, it will be a bigger problem if we are Independent.

Not this moronic. Went to the dance 3 years ago..."haven't won a tournament lately" You have to admit that is really stupid.

What got me is how we get slammed almost everyday from NDSU about travel and just basically about being in the Big Sky where 8 years ago they wanted in the Big Sky so bad and travel was never an issue for the school. Besides NDSU's 1 year and Oakland there hasn't been any other Summit member since IUPUI in 2003 in the Dance. Last Summit team to win a first round game (not no play in game (Oakland 2005) was Valpo in 1998.

If UND took it without the BSC knowing UND would have to pay a 1 million dollar exit fee. UND would have to tell the BSC up front either they are exploring other options or have given an invite from the Summit/MVFC.

Until the Summit actually scheduled a tour/invite to Grand Forks on a Monday, UND called them on a Friday and said don't come we are being invited into the Big Sky. It was only the MVFC we were NOT invited too and had no shot since they didn't want both USD and UND.

With 8 members until 2015...lose 2 more and no more AQ. Better hope Oakland, IUPUI or IPFW stays put for 4 years. Or else get on the phone with former NCC members Mankato and St. Cloud.

It will be a shame to remove anything from that arena...but if it means a window of an office or a welcome mat fine. Even the logo on the ice can go. I just hope its very minor stuff. I know the floring is staying and the statues out front stays but most of the logos should be retained for historical purposes.

UND has never done really good in Greeley. All time UND is 11-12 vs UNC and 4-9 in Greeley (although in 2002 UNC had to forfeit 3 wins (1 against UND). So UND technically is 4-8 at UNC. Should be a good game and in no means a cakewalk for UND.

Some Bison fans think they will get in to the MVC with a MVC all sports thing (meaning SDSU, USD, and WIU would go too), and some are throwing up thinking of Mankato and St. Cloud as possible future members. I know some hate the idea of asking UND to help them get into the Big Sky.

Ask Lakesbison this!!! He is going to go even more crazy if NDSU ends up going to the Big Sky. Him and his Bison buddies have only been trashing the Big Sky since UND was accepted.
