How low has this team has fallen when fans are picking Idaho State....f'ing Idaho State. Non-Counter UND (2008) beat ISU. Now full DI UND (2013) may not? Way to push this team back into the Pat Behrns era Muss!!!

Fans do have a voice it's called empty arenas, chanting Fire Muss, and emails. Brian Faison cannot ignore the fans especially the alumni who donate money to the school. He (BF) is in a tough spot because you fire Muss who then who do you get as a replacement and how that hurts recruting. This is why the longer we keep Muss the bigger the hole this team gets. First thing to do is stop the hole from getting bigger by firing him, then filling in the hole a little at a time until we get to the level as the top teams in the league which IMO is a good 4 or 5 years from now until we can get a good coach.

No they are a joke. They had UNI very high last year despite one DII win only because they played FBS teams.

And according to Sagarin Ferris St is better than Cal Poly, Villanova, and Tulane. Sagarin is a joke.

So what will be higher EWU's points or the attendance? My money is on the Eagles.

I can't believe I started this thread in Sept of 2011 after our loss to Idaho. And 2 years later after back to back blowouts we are still crying for his head.

UND is not going anywhere, and we aren't going to drop football (I know its Bison fans' wet dream).

UND was 0-3 vs the SL, and 12-8 vs the BSC. Which almost matches the number of members the SL lost (UMKC, Oakland). Let me know when the SL loses its autobid.

Is it because we are losing to ranked teams? Maybe, but losing to ranked teams are one thing, getting the crap beat out of you at home is another. This team doesn't show the will to win. They see the team down 14-0 and it's here we go again type attitude. We are playing a bottom feeder this week and if we can't blow them out with DI players (unlike in 08) then just pack it in and clean house. Excuses are out!!

I miss those days, also does anyone find it weird the 2013 defense gave up over 40 points to opponents in the two games AT HOME, and we only gave up 38 AT Texas Tech. Only one team in 09 scored over 40 points (SFA), while 5 teams have scored over 40 in the last 15 games!!!! What the hell happened to our defense!!

This time in football reminds me of growing up in GF, riding my bike or walking from my parents house to Memorial Stadium (1985-1990) sitting into a stadium with maybe 2000 fans watching UND getting beat by Augy, NDSU, USD or whoever. There was very little hype for football because across the east lot into the Ralph UND was preparing for their 3rd NC of the decade. Hockey will always be big at UND, and there was no talk about moving funds over to football from hockey to kickstart the program. So all of a sudden after 1990 UND started to get competitive...why? NDSU was winning NCC titles every year, even USD went to a NC game, why did UND go from being competitive with Augy and Morningside to being a threat for the NCC title? They changed their defensive scheme when they brought in Dale Lennon as DC. His job was to stop the veer of NDSU, and UND had to find an offense that worked (running the ball). Kurt Otto was gone and UND started running ball better and better, and the defense started making it hard on NDSU barely losing in 91, and 92. Then 93,94,95,96 UND was on top by not only beating NDSU but by getting to the top, and staying there, and at the same time hockey did hit a stumble with Gino in the early 90's until Dean Blais took over and UND won NC in 97 and 00. Both sports can be on top without moving funds or even dropping a sport to favor the other. UND wasn't afraid to let a guy who won 3 NC's in 7 years go who wasn't getting it done. Muss started in 08 and the only title he has is a shared title with Cal Poly for the GWFC title (if there was a tiebreaker CP would have won it). So fire Muss, start over, and get this team back to defeating UNI, NDSU, and most importantly....get to those playoffs and WIN!

Really? I didn't know the SL got more than 1 team into the dance. As for as i'm concerned the BSC is more stable no teams walking out the door that's what makes them better, as for getting teams into the dance....its a tie 1-1.

The guy who runs out on the field with the UND flag in the cowboy hat (can't think of his name) he could do a better job than Muss. Muss should have been gone as of last week.

Will people start boycotting UND football until Muss is gone? Someone mentioned the paper bags, I hope it doesn't get that low.

Cleveland has the second longest streak in baseball without a championship (1948), I hope this is the year. Of course the longest streak (1908) is still held proudly by the Cubs.
