  1. Right now 2nd Quarter 14-10 Washington over Hawaii. I think that game will be a shootout, but UW will win.
  2. They once didn't have a speed limit in MT, maybe he was going 100.
  3. So they sold out their stadium instead of moving it all the way to the other side of the state 266 miles to play in a city that doesn't care about the FCS. Thats not what I am talking about. Nice try.
  4. FSU survives 37-31 9:26 2Q Yotes 6 Ducks 21
  5. Cause why?
  6. Why?
  7. So you are saying UND couldn't fill a 30k stadium if we had high talent for years like EWU or even NDSU and have a population that rivals Fargo, and in a conference like the MW ( for sh#ts and giggles)
  8. 37-31 FSU with 1:47 left
  9. No they don't http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Missoula,_Montana 66,788-2010 69,122 2013 est Billings has 109,000 (only city close to 100k)
  10. TD OKst FSU 37 OKSt 24 3:58 left.
  11. Montana and Montana State have no problem filling up their stadiums and Missoula has a population of Bismarck and Bozeman has a population of Minot. When population grows (which it is), and when the talent level is high (hasn't been since 07) people will come.
  12. So where did we gain an extra 6,000 fans at the Ralph? Where did we gain an extra 5 or 6k from Memorial to the Alerus? Read my previous post.
  13. I am talking in the future like say 2020 and beyond. I just said if UND ever goes FBS (whenever that is) a 30-35k stadium would be ideal modeled after Wyoming. MafiaMan compared to the attendance in 2013. So I said when conditions are right, (population growth, conference affiliation, and most importantly talent on the field) UND could fill a 30-35k stadium. If GF in say 2020 or 2025 had a population of 75-100k and if we are winning a NC, or at least playing at a level like Montana or EWU, a move up with a stadium that big shouldn't be a problem.
  14. Say goodnight Yotes: 2:55 1Q USD 3 Oregon 21
  15. What was the average attendance in 2001, 2003, 2007? That is where UND needs to get back to before FBS can even become a study. UND is stuck in the Alerus until February of 2019. So its not like we are moving up next year.
  16. It depends if SV's theory and Fullerton's idea goes to plan and we become a Big Sky FBS conference then we see the usual teams but we could get a Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Washington, USC, etc. 2 for 1's help with that. Like I said if UND has a great product on the field people will go to the game, if we stay at 3-8 no one will show. It depends on the conditions.
  17. Wisconsin 17 LSU 14 Halftime
  18. But with FBS teams, a good product and a population increase in 10+ years, it can happen. Look at hockey. from an arena that was 6,067 to over 11,000 and continued sellouts, or to stay with football we went from 6-7k at Memorial Stadium on average to over 11k for most games in 2001-2007 thats almost double. Its doable when the conditions are right.
  19. TD Ducks 7:58 1Q Yotes 3 Ducks 14 (went for 2 and failed) so far Ducks are 1-2 on 2pt conversions.
  20. Its now official Florida-Idaho game cancelled due to unsafe field conditions, and no makeup date. As of now its an 11 game schedule for both teams.
  21. 9:02 1Q USD 3 Oregon 8
  22. I remember shoveling my seat out at Memorial Stadium, that wasn't too bad, it was sitting there with that biting wind. That sucked!!!
  23. Once Bubba gets more players (ira touched on that with his post) then we can really see what Bubba can do with "his" team.
  24. Not bad despite weather.
  25. But the $eminole Tribe $aid it was okay for them to u$e the $eminole nickname at Florida $tate.
