They are meant to be commemorative t-shirts. That is why both logos are used. From what I hear, The Ralph would like to produce a similar shirt for every Sioux/Gopher series in Grand Forks from here on out. They wanted the shirts to be something that fans of both teams could wear even after this weekend's series is complete. The shirt was not produced just for the "white out."
On Tuesday you couldn't decide who you wanted to cheer for and on Wednesday you said that you were cheering for Team Canada because "they're a great team and deserve to win." What changed over the course of 24 hours? Did you just figure out that Canada is a "great team" or did you decide to jump on the Team Canada bandwagon because you are currently surrounded by Canadians?
Oshie makes a special guest appearance on episode 11 of "Brad Miller Time." His St. Louis apartment is featured in the first segment of 'Cribs.' Click the "Brad Miller Time" banner on Fightingsioux.com to watch.
FYI, the T-shirts are being sold at the UND Memorial Union (1st floor) for $12. Save a little money on tax!
Available sizes: S-XXL. The shirts are made of a thicker cotton and shouldn't shrink. The back is plain, no sponsors.
Media Day is held from 1:00 to 2:00 every Wednesday. It is during this time that "Brad Miller Time" is taped while coaches and certain players address the media. Therefore, filming the show does not cut into or waste any practice time.
As an FYI, I've heard that the players are only allowed 30 minutes during Media Day to film the show so it's not like they are spending hours on it throughout the week.
According to the Hockey Media Guide the new attendance figure for The Ralph is 11,634. The old attendance figure was 11,406. If I recall correctly, tonight's attendance was announced as 11,700+.
LOL! It's certainly possible. Zach Parise committed to the Sioux after attending the inaugural game at The Ralph. The Sioux lost to the Gophers 7-4, I believe.
I got in line at 11:00 and was able to purchase lower bowl tickets for both nights of the Sioux/Gopher series. They had 200 lower bowl tickets available. Apparently, many of the season ticket holders failed to purchase Sioux/Gopher tickets during the designated time slot (Wed-Fri).
Wow! Montreal fans are out in full swing today.
"Which team is the NHL's Premier franchise?"---Montreal is in the lead with a whopping 87% of the vote!
There are still a few more days left to vote. Go Sioux!
EDIT: A Montreal news station posted a story about the poll on their Web site. That may explain the sudden increase in votes for Montreal.

OT: I stopped by The Ralph today and saw that they are remodeling the Sioux Shop. It looks really nice thus far. There is a large circular cherry wood kiosk in the middle with plasma televisions mounted to it. New carpeting was being laid today.
I can't wait for the season to start! Only 26 days to go!
I came across this link on another hockey forum.

EDIT: Also, Jordan Parise only RFA not to be qualified
That's too bad for Jordan. Hopefully things work out for him.
