This is spot on. UND was able to open things up after the Mac goal as CC came out of the trap in stretches. You get a shorty...2-1 but instead of taking advantage of it by going for the KO and the fact CC was completely deflated by the shorty UND goes into a 10 minute prevent D shell. Absolutely hate that mentality. Zane was superb after the goal in first. If posters here continue to want to play LJ and Murphy who both do next to nothing there better be some praise for Panz by those same people. He was really good last night. Gaarder is quietly becoming a 2 way stud. His line w OD playing very well has been UNDs best line the past couple weeks. Fun game to watch. CC played a very good game.

Can we do something other than chip it off the glass when trying to break out of the D zone as well.

So after watching the NU series...3 of the 4 lines looked really good or decent playing 5x5 except for the line of Pattyn, LJ and Murphy. Does Hak stick with that line vs. CC Friday? Does Simonson finally get ice time he deserves IMO? My guees is we see Poolman at F for the seeable future. Panz was too good this past weekend and #2 should be back soon as well.

Redsox fan is spot on. McCarthy is at best a marginal in game coach and in the 2nd half he has a tendency to be brutal. And I really struggle w Capers as DC. I have witnessed the "3rd and 19" debacle too many time to count. ARog covers up lots of coaching issues. Lacey had 10 carries for 54 yards in first quarter but in that same quarter you can't trust him to get under a yard on 2 carries....twice! C'mon Mike!

It was very apparent which HC yesterday had a pair and which HC had his tucked between his legs.
