UND should expand the College of Nursing. With the RN shortage in this state, and it will get worse, and a state that requires a 4 yr. bachelor's degree to practice most new graduates are calling the shots with those hiring when they are looking for a career in ND.

Your first sentence is a little harsh but his debacle vs UNH in the regional (2009) sums up his career.

This...^^^ IMO he was the best all-around collegiate forward to play at UND in the last 25+ years. He was a bad a** too. His 80+ PIM in each of his his final 2 seasons speaks to that.

You had as many collegiate goals as Murphy did when he left..................

Olson is not a top 6 guy heading into next season. If Schmaltz comes back my 2nd line is Pogo Rhett with either JJ or Gesich. I'm not sold on Wilke but could see a 3rd line of him, Simo and Gersich or JJ

Of all those potentially leaving early IMO the biggest single player impact for next season to come back is/would be Schmaltz. His talent is ridiculous. There won't be a drop off on the top line if he comes back and you add Jost to him and Brock. <fingers crossed>

Cursed is an understatement. Makes no sense that that location can't keep a business open for any length of time. Bennigan's was far and away the most successful at that location to date.

KT was at best the 5th best D-man on the team this season so if he goes he goes. Others will easily step in and fill that void.

So this Jon Lipp guy felt the need to opine as a "big brother" to UND to give his concerns with those who still use the term "Fighting Sioux"............one would think he would be more concerned about whether he should apply as an assistant manager at Burger Time or Burger King when he finishes his Business Administration degree at SU.

The game vs QU was as lopsided as the score. QU had minimal chance to compete 5 on 5 from the drop of the puck. The 5 on 3 showed that was their best chance to score all game long.
