This...^^^ Subban was brutal last night...............................but then again he was up against the Wild snipers.

UND had some sloppy stretches in every set. IMO match wasn't even as close a scores indicated. These 2 teams play 10 time this season and UND wins all 10. Not sure what to make of Pryor............interesting demeanor on the sideline. Seems to command the respect of the girls but noticed he often looked towards the UND fans/parents behind the UND bench, where we were seated, when trying to make points or observations to the team.

Of course they do..................................UND isn't playing MSU-M but the fact remains their wins haven't come vs. top shelf FCS teams.

Stech was a -1 on the night but not surprising with all the ice time he logged and the fact the Canucks got shutout.

#13 was terrific as was #7. .........and if I were to have any connection to #8 I'd advise her to forget about VB and go straight into a full-time modeling gig. WOW!

The game vs NAU is book ended by the DU hockey series Friday and Saturday nights with a VB match Saturday as well. We will be attending all 4 events. I expect the biggest FB crowd in a long time that Saturday when UND goes for 9 straight wins and a Big Sky title.

I don't think pointing out the obvious is "calling out a freshman". Can't ever recall a player getting benched in game both nights of a series before. Will Peski get better....absolutely.

Outside of Boeser Tucker was the second best player on the ice Friday. With Peski not playing the last 35 minutes of the game Friday someone had to be "running all over the ice" during his benching.

I would think a win vs. an undefeated BS conference team in Weber St. Saturday would go a long ways getting us in the playoffs even if we were to stumble and split the remaining 2 games.

Was in US Bank Stadium yesterday for the US women's national soccer team match vs Switzerland. Very impressive facility.

I'm excited we are 5-0. I believe this team has a chance to get to Chicago and then it's just 2 games. The season zips by fast so some guys do need to figure it out sooner than later. A #1 seed in Fargo regional will be a big deal IMO.

I'll bite........and FYP. Peski might be a prospect but he was outmatched nearly every shift this weekend...when he did play. He sat the last 35 minutes Friday. Was spot shifted and didn't play another shift last night after his tripping penalty in the 3rd helped BSU to a goal. Chartrand looked decent vs. Manitoba. Would think he would be an option if Wolanin can't go next weekend. In fairness I thought C. Johnson looked better as the weekend went on. Wilkie came in as a goal scorer. He has 5G 6A in 37 games to date. He had 2G 2A in one game last season so my math says he has gone 3G 4A...7 points in 36 games minus the one 4 point game. In no way am I saying he should sit but at some point a player is what who is at this level. I'm hopeful he finds his offensive upside yet his body of work is what it is to date.

Being blunt but can not ever recall a UND D-man with a worse weekend then Peski. Casey still looks lost in good chuncks too but looked better last night. Wolanin needs to be ready next weekend hopefully. Gage is struggling too. The Poolmans are rock solid and Shaw was steady. Bowen at D? If not he shouldn't be a healthy forward scratch from here on out. Need a wing to play with the Euros. Bowen there?

Again UND won and that's the most important fact but really disappointed with the continuing mental and physical mistakes this far into the season. Muss isn't coaching this team.......Bubba is. I expect better discipline.
