Thru May 16 CDC lists 15 deaths (COVID and COVID/pneumonia) for those 14 years of age and younger. 60M are in the age bracket and nothing for them to do this summer.
Went to Home Depot for a pickup order. 90% in store with no masks. Majority of employees had no masks on. Saw 7 African Americans in store......high risk group. One had a mask on.
Having had a brother who served in the military and having had a HS buddy die in Desert Storm I just see it differently I guess. IMO it's a political overreach to appease some.
Great.......but how? What are your extra measures if many in those situations above are asymptomatic?
What are your measures to contain everyone that is infected but is asymptomatic in any environment?
As reported by KVLY News the ER at Sanford hospital in Fargo is reporting a doubling in domestic abuse and child abuse cases since the pandemic started.
Essentia Health, with hospitals and clinics in ND, MN and WI, is permanently laying off 6% of its workforce. Affects around 900 employees.
Please keep flattening the curve not to overwhelm the healthcare systems......
With 39M unemployed that's what you bring to the table. The way these payments/checks have been distributed hasn't been without issues (ask MM) but you really need to play a different card once in awhile.
