Exactly. The square peg hasn't fit in the round hole at this point for BB. Can't roll out the same lines and pairings and expect different in game results. Maybe 10 needs a new look on a different line. Same for 17. Get the draft picks on the ice. They were drafted for a reason. Coach them up and develop them the rest of this season.

9 8 10......17 22 26....21 20 18....other line mix and match but 29 needs to be in the mix.

Up 5-2......27 comes up ice on the PK. Brings it across the blue line into the offensive zone. Should have just dump it in. Instead tries to plays it back to the middle to a trailing teammate. Turnover.....WMU transitions the other way and seconds later they get a PK goal. It completely snow balled from there. That one play didn't lose the game but it totally flipped the momentum.

29 and 21 played well in very limited minutes. 26 and 18 need to back in the lineup moving forward. As bad as our D was tonight 6 needs ice time too. Those 5 are the future of this team. I'm guessing a couple will bolt if BB doesn't stop the square peg in round hole lineup stuff. Get these 5 ice time starting next weekend vs UMD. .....DeRidder has to get the start. He's struggled but he's the only one of the 3 that can potentially put 3 solid periods together. As far as 9 22 17 I like that line but.......try 9 8 26 then go 10 22 17.
