Since there were transfer ND kids on both teams I'll post it here......was just at girls hockey Moorhead (#7 AA) vs Warroad (#1A). Spuds won 1-0. MHS killed off two 5x3s in third. Moorhead has some top end skill. One heading to the Gophers and another to Quinnipiac. Fun game to watch.

This team has minimal grit and fight......then couple that with marginal basketball skill from most that get minutes.

Someone one I trust evaluating ND HS FB talent told me Payne has P5 athleticism. He's projected to play DL at UND. That hurdle is much lower than Deng figuring out the WR position.

I'm rooting for Deng Deng. Would be a great ND HS story for him to pan out. He's ridiculously athletic.

If South/Shanley can get some decent D zone play and goaltending......maybe. Hasn't been good in either facet so far.

His resume is vastly superior than Bubba's.....I think we can agree on that. .....but nothing is a sure thing. Just ask anyone that's watched this FB program over the past decade.

UND plays 3 of 4 semifinalists.....gonna have to go 6-3 with the rest of the schedule just to go .500

Where was Bubba's stop prior to UND? Polacek come from the Mountain West as a coordinator. Apples to prunes comparison IMO.
