If that’s a true number, there’s gonna be a ton of players that don’t find new teams. Not many of those players are Cruikshank caliber players.
-
Someone posted this Google doc on Brad's twitter account: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1SnAo5zRTca15P0NtjXplt3_MEviK0h85QbgNmS2vxxI/edit#gid=0 I don't think that's all the players...I heard something about a ton of Bowling Green players entering the portal but there's none listed as of yet on the spreadsheet.
-
All this talk about reduced attendance, playing the late game, and tv coverage...I’m just glad the boys get a shot in the playoffs after what happened last year.

https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/hockey/6947924-UND-coach-Brad-Berry-expects-to-have-very-close-to-a-full-lineup-for-NCAA-regional Well that would be nice.
-
Probably had something to do with the coaching change at CC. Or maybe he wanted out before that, and this was just an easy transition into that with them announcing the coach change.
-
I would be shocked if he stayed another season. Ah yes, forgot about that. Hard to see him going that route then. He'd be a great player for UND, hopefully the coaching staff is going after him. This is gonna be a crazy offseason.
-
Plus he was out for a good chunk of the season too with his appendicitis issue. Makes it more impressive. Yes for sure, especially since UW stands to lose a lot of forwards this offseason too.

From the NCAA Ice Hockey page... Fargo Regional game times & broadcast info: @UMDMensHockey @umichhockey Fri., March 26 4 PM ET ESPNU (1) @UNDmhockey @AIC_Hockey Fri., March 26 9:30 PM ET ESPN3 Regional Final Sat., March 27 7:30 PM ET ESPNU

They changed the time of the regional final. It was just posted.
-
If UND can make it past AIC, either option between UM or UMD is a tough game. Take care of business!
-
Has anyone seen AIC play this year? Looking at their schedule, they've only played one NCAA tourney team this season, Quinnipiac. They lost both games to QU. Their only other loss was to Army in OT. Their schedule is definitely weak, but they did take care of business and only lost 3 times all season. Hopefully the boys jump on them quick and don't let them hang around like SCSU did in 2019.
-
They usually do.
-
Yeah I wonder if UMass was targeting blocker on him?
-
Highlights from the UMass comeback win over BC...crazy to see how much time & space both teams have...from what I've seen of most Western teams this year, it'd be hard for many of these plays to happen in the NCHC.
-
Nothing for Hobey, Caufield has that wrapped up.
-
That regional would be brutal.
-
I could see them doing it if they are adamant about limiting air travel as much as possible. I hope that's not the case though. Agreed. But if BSU makes it, would they fly BSU out to a different regional only to also have to fly AIC into Fargo? In a normal year, I'd say for sure...this year, who knows?

https://www.collegehockeynews.com/news/2021/03/18_Bracket-ABCs--Final-Weekend.php Fargo 1. North Dakota vs. 4. Bemidji State 2. Wisconsin vs. 3. Minnesota-Duluth Loveland 1. Minnesota State vs. 4. Denver or Omaha 2. St. Cloud State vs. 3. Notre Dame or Lake Superior State Bridgeport 1. Boston College vs. 4. American International 2. Quinnipiac vs. 3. Boston University Albany 1. Minnesota vs. 4. Providence or Lowell or Army 2. Massachusetts vs. 3. Michigan Fargo is the Regional of Death...brutal regional if it ends up that way. Three teams in there that could absolutely all win the national title if they advance out of Fargo. Bridgeport is a cakewalk. I would see BC advancing out of that without much trouble at all, they also get by far the easiest draw in round 1. It's gonna be an interesting selection show on Sunday.

It'd be awesome if a few of our current seniors stuck around for another year as well, but not holding my breath. I could see Bast stick around to play a year with his brother. Or Thome sticking around if Scheel leaves early. But on top of that, it'd be cool to see Adams or Mismash, etc maybe play another year. They're both excellent college players but could be dominant next season. It's gonna be a very interesting offseason for many teams!
-
I'm not sure how much that #1 overall seed will help us this year. Normally we'd get the AHA auto-qual team...but this year they might stick BSU or something as the 4 seed in the Fargo regional...a much tougher game. I'd like to see them "protect" the #1 overall seed a bit, but I'm not sure if this is the year for that to happen.

Gaber with the tourney Most Outstanding Player
-
It's gonna suck if they stack the two Western regionals with a pile of Western teams. Those two Eastern regionals will be cakewalks.
-
I'm guessing either SCSU or UMD in Fargo with UND.
-
Wow, what a 3rd period!
-
Ouch...Scheel might want that one back. Cmon boys, don't let up now.
