Even after almost two years it still doesn't get old.
I can't ever imagine anything more embarrassing for the Gophers. Probably the biggest upset in college hockey history and in front of the fans you hate.
I got tickets for the weekend hoping to finally see a UND-MN game live, but instead got treated to that. I love it.

Hey guys, I planned to do the month sioux deal so I can watch the games this weekend and today I got BSU tickets for friday night.
I wanted to know if the sioux games are on demand and can be watched as a replay and if so, how soon are they available. I'd like to come home and watch it right after the BSU game.

If anyone happens to care, BSU broke the longest home unbeaten streak in the country tonight. Niagra hadn't lost in 22 straight. 5-1 final. Niagra had a 5 min check from behind 28 secs in and BSU scored 2 on the PP.

For anyone down in the Twin Cities area that is interested, you can watch Joe Gleason and Corey Fienhage square off tommorow night as Edina plays Eastview at Braemar Arena, the game starts at 7.
I don't know if anyone else watched it, but RC went up 2-0 early only to watch Edina score the final 8 goals of the game.
Marshall Everson had 5g, 1a
Gleason had 3, maybe 4a(not sure if he had one on the last goal)
Buddish had 4a.
Gleason and Anders Lee(STA transfer) had a beautiful 2 on 1 sh goal.
Gleason and Buddish looked great, well they all did and should roll to a state title, but Buddish is far too big and fast not to stand out on the ice.

No penalties after Kozek gets checked from behind and then punched in the face by Manino?duncan gets throttled... no call... get your heads out of your asses refs, there are even two out there tonight!!!! im going to have to turn this off or i will wake up my daughter

They always seem to turn it around right around christmas, but it's getting a little annoying. With a few of the juniors coming back, this wasn't supposed to happen. They shouldn't need time to gel and find their groove.
Did I just hear Hak right? 4 shots on goal in the 3rd?

The only one heading to the Gophers that really disappointed me is Aaron Ness. That kid is sweet.

The corner bar is actually a new building it used to be a really run down bar in the same location in Nymore (Bemidji) that My buddies and I used to hit after Bemidji State Beaver hockey games, it is a sports type bar that has killer ham burgers with fried onions. Now when I go back to bemidji to visit or watch the Sioux whoop the beavers a$$ I still have to go to the Corner bar first before the game. It is a tradition.
I know what it is. I live about a mile away. The burgers don't impress me and I still think it's a dive.

What that dive has to do with hockey, I'm not quite sure.

Favorite all time sioux player/s? Toews
Favorite all time NON sioux WCHA player and team? Geno Guyer/Adam Hauser, UMD(one channel growing up) and I really like watching MN being they get a lot of kids that I watch at HS games.
Are you a season ticket holder? No, but someday. Usually see about 4-5 games a year.

Wow, I never realized what a bunch of fight instigating thug players UND had until I got the pleasure of watching that video and hearing the insight from the Bucky announcers.
Good thing they aren't totally biased. I especially love the part where poor Turris is getting mugged by Jones and "gets helped out" by a teammate. Did they announcers miss the part where Turris slashes Jones as they break apart?
I also find the maturity level between here and the badgers board to be quite different. Everyone here seems to have an opinion but is respectable about it. Over there, Finley is a P.O.S., little green dicks, etc etc.
