Those that have followed Wisconsin football recruiting in the past would know who Marlin Lee is - he used to be the one who had the scoops on Wisco recruiting. Well, a couple years ago he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, and Travis Wilson tweeted that he is now in hospice and only has days left to live. Please pray for Marlin and his family.

Not a bad idea - it appeared to my amateur eyes that he was lined up on the outside against some receivers against SDSU, so maybe he's the answer to play opposite Daryl Brown the rest of the way, rotating with a few others (I still think Daryl B needs to be on the field every series). At safety, how has Javen Butler looked? Has he had much game experience (don't remember seeing him much against PSU)? Would be nice if he gets some good experience and develops into what I hoped he would once he signed.

I don't think that was necessarily a trolling comment, as it does have some validity. However, if he keeps it up the scouts will find him, and having scouts this year watching Hanson and Brenneman have likely helped put Hardin on the radar.

Nice pickup in Miller. I don't know what to make of it when they say "FCS verbal", but I'm reading it as he may bolt if something better comes up (similar to Dan Bell), which I guess is the risk you take.
