Don't any of you get tired of arguing about the same bulls&!t every day?

God I hope so. When he signed I thought he would make an immediate impact. I did like a few things I saw out of him last year, and with a year under his belt I'm hoping he's poised for a breakout year. Also agree with geaux_sioux that we need a lot of help at CB, and the guys there really need to bulk up. I wonder if Ivery will be able to make an impact out there this year? Also, as it relates to guys we had redshirting (other than the obvious choices already mentioned), I'm anxious to see what Conrad Schwartzkopf can bring to the table as a PWO, as well as Brandon Larson at the LB position. Lastly, I really think that Casey Young should try safety. I was impressed with him at times on special teams making tackles, and think he has the speed necessary. Why not? He may be buried on the depth chart at WR, unless he's really coming along and can leap over a few folks, but with the experience we have coming back and adding Robertson, maybe it's something he needs. Maybe even bulk up a little and play some LB?

First I've heard of it - really disappointed as I thought he was going to be special. Excited to see what Robertson can do.

POLL: Should UND-NDSU Resume the Football Series?
Hambone replied to ShilohSioux's topic in Football
Friend of mine just posted a picture on facebook from a bar in Frisco - a sign that said "Bison Pride - Sioux Suck S*%t". It is a little cut off by a Bison logo, so not totally sure it says S*%t, but the Sioux Suck is very clear. So it's there. -
That's a pretty good question. They do have some offers out to QBs but I would think that they have to bring in a juco for depth. I think you need a QB every class personally but not sure if the coaching staff feels as strongly as I do about it.

If you folks choose to discuss this ndsu pissing contest please do so elsewhere. I would truly appreciate only UND recruiting information and discussion within this thread. I don't care who started the pissing match, let's just end it and get on with recruiting info as it comes.

Thought I'd revisit the Christmas list that geaux_sioux put together. Out of these, we know that Hein has gone to UNI. For a couple updates on some others, it appears Ryan McKinley has narrowed his top 3 to NDSU, Montana and NAU. I've also heard some things about a couple others, although things change. Mike Redmond sounds like he wants to stay closer to home, and I'm hearing either a walk on at Minny or playing at St. Thomas. I'm hoping that this isn't true and UND is a real possibility. Also, I believe Chad Fahning is waiting for a Gopher offer of some kind, and if he doesn't get it likely will go Ivy. Of the list above, I'd really like to see Thurman, Carr, Stockwell, Johs, Melvin and Neitzke. I'd also like to throw in Bridge Tusler, Fred Beaugard, AJ Goggin, Connor Strahm.

I would love for him to sign with UND, but he is about as soft of a verbal as you can get. I haven't heard any updates on him for a while (any help on this on Travis?), not sure if that's good or bad, and I guess anything could happen. I would say it's probably 50/50 whether or not he makes it to UND.

Another chest bump for mannasau.

Offeree Nathan Tanguay committed to SU

Jordan hein has committed to N Iowa per Kolpak tweet

As it relates to the playoffs, it was a pretty exciting weekend of football. My parents are herre visiting, and I told my dad when it was 35-0 that it would probably be 35-21 or 35-28 at some point before SHSU puts it away. That appears to be how EWU rolls. Should be a really good championship game, although I think in the end it will be an NDSU victory.

While this may be true, one can never truly underestimate the effect of having the nickname issue hanging over the heads of the coaching staff. We've had a couple good classes since the acceptance to the Big Sky, but they could've been better if not for the nickname issue. I'm somewhat indifferent of Mussman right now - still not sure if he's the one to lead us - but he has been fighting an uphill battle on the recruiting front and now has a full deck to work with.

Kotelnicki tweeted a recruiting chest bump for Schleusner and Muss. Likely just the same one noted before, but with Muss involved maybe a big target?

Offeree Zack Skibinski committed to Northern Iowa. http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/recruiting/player-Zach-Skibinski-141036;_ylt=Asb8n5BvOIdseAZePzKMFWRIPZB4

I suppose he could be the latest chest bump. Three star out of HS. Wonder if he ended up at a prep school?

I'd heard safety but who knows......
-
Also on scout he list us as low for his interest so I think it's highly unlikely

Omar stover who is a RB offeree verballed to Wyoming

Could mean he got more than one if its big time like he said. Hopefully it's a big one or two.

Both these kids are on campus this weekend I believe. Also, Kuksa is the teammate of Bobbitt I believe from Palatine.
