Sounds like an ugly first half shooting for both teams.

Well, based on CNNSI the Sioux are losing 21-13 with 6:30 left in the half. Shooting 25% from the field (and 25% from 3 point range). Luckily, the 'Clones are only shooting 28.6%, including 18% from three and are only 7-14 from the line (Sioux are 1-2).

Any update? I can't get my internet stream to work...

Well, I put this in another thread, but thought I'd throw it in here as well. With Northeastern dropping football, that may give UND a chance to add an eastern school to the 2010 schedule. Northeastern had a home game on Oct 16 with Rhode Island, and an away game on November 20 with James Madison. Out of those two, URI would have the better potential for a victory (and probably getting them for a home game), but if Faison could possible get a home/home out of JMU that would be a great series, as JMU is normally a very good football team. Another thing to consider is that SoDak St. has an opening on November 20th. I think that would garner a lot of regional interest for Sioux fans, especially since SDSU is in the playoffs this year. Plus, either JMU or SDSU on the 20th would give the Sioux their bye week right in the middle of the season, which would be better than finishing the regular season one week early. I know Wayne had mentioned there isn't much news on an 11th game yet, but hopefully Faison is considering these possibilities and will reach out to the above mentioned schools.

That stinks. I hate it when teams fold up, but maybe it's for the best. So, looking at a little silver lining, maybe that opens up an east coast team for the Sioux to schedule if they can swing it. Looking at NE's schedule, they had a home game against Rhode Island for October 16 and an away game with James Madison for November 20. It would be great to get a home/home with JMU, as they are a traditionally strong program (rough year this year I think).

We agreed to the date with Central Arkansas because neither of us are eligible for the postseason, so it doesn't matter. Has nothing to do with the NCAA, and taking this game gives us a good home game in a couple of years when C Ark pays us back.

Heard a week or two ago on Bisonville (maybe not the most reliable source, but they are normally on top of their recruiting like a hawk) that Miller to UND was pretty much a done deal. I hope that's the case as it sounds like he has some skills.

Sounded like a good game, although the Sioux offense appeared to be non-existant for too long of stretches. Defense played pretty good. One more game - hopefully a W down at Central Arkansas to get a winning season.

Go for 2 on the first one and miss, then it's a two score game. At least at 8 points it's only a one possession game and keeps the D more fired up.

Due to not having admin rights on my work computer that I have at home, I can't watch the game. Watching a movie so I can't listen, but according to CNNSI the Sioux are up 17-13 with 6 min left in the first half. Just updated - Sioux down 22-19 with a little over a minute left in the first half.

Very disappointing - From 97 - 01 I never missed a game and it was always packed (for students). No excuse.....

Only time I remember hearing his name was on a reverse for the first down, that was called back due to clipping. Defense sounds like they're playing the run well, but having a few issues with pass defense. However, I'm happy with that last drive on O and a few things here or there and the Sioux are up. Looking forward to the second half.

Well, I'm listening to Cal Poly's radio and we're at the 30 right now - now down to the 10.

Kind of amazing how a running team is still going to pass for over 300 yards against us.
