Bemidji is a scrapping team. They tend to play to the level of their opponent, however, which means they lose to a bunch of poor teams and win with a bunch of the strong teams. They have been that way for 10 years or more.

Truth be told, our defense has to grow some nads and be able to withstand the normal press after we score. That has been our nemesis all season. We can score,but we give up really easy goals afterwards to keep the opponents in the game. Let's just slam the door on them.

Why all the hate being heaped on the Beavers? All I remember is lots of home and away series that had great hockey and pretty decent fans. They are a TINY school with an elite hockey program that I think the Sioux program and fans respect. And likewise.

I have probably bought several dozen games from them over the years. Usually it goes without a hitch, but sometimes....... It is just frustrating that you pay top dollar and get essentially no support until the next day.
