I think a big part of defensive success is having a goalie backing the defense that everybody trusts and understands. Personally, I see that with Jan, not Homer.
I'm a bit worried about starting Homer. Yeah, he's a great goaltender, but I can't help think that the ASU coaching staff knows his weaknesses and how to exploit them. Hope I'm wrong...
Their goalie was either very good, or very lucky (likely both). He gave up a ton of rebounds that could have easily been buried. Should have heard Chelsae Dagger a few more times.
