The AD has to be held accountable for so many programs in the tank.

Volleyball the three years our current coach has been here: conference record of 9-9 in 2022 conference record of 4-12 in 2023 conference record of 2-14 in 2024 Doesn’t look like we are in a positive trajectory and as new recruits are brought in doesn’t look like it is working. In 2022 we lost our last six conference games and then lost the conference playoff game. We got beat 3-0 in our last five conference games. Free fall our two wins in 2024 were over ORU - the last place team. We won 10 sets in our 14 conference losses. Note that one of our best players got hurt in 2024. I hope coach can turn it around. Doesn’t appear to be any accountability in this programs and others.

Softball for the last three years have about a 25% overall winnings and about 33% conference winnings I didn’t check who was coaching nor how many years he has in his contract I don’t think anyone is questioning the soccer coach non renewal but there are other women program that appear to be just as bad or close to be just as bad acknowledging that the soccer coach was here for a long time. generally UND giving the doubt to coaches and programs for maybe longer than many/some think is deserved

Bison were up by fifteen with just over four minutes to go in regulation

Our volleyball coach has won about 33% of his games over 3 years and he was retained. I don’t know how many years he has in his contract.
