Abmas and Obanor are giving Ohio State fits. Combined, they are 9-15 in 3 pointers and have 34 points. ORU and OSU are tied at 42 with 16 minutes to go.

I would like to congratulate Duluth on failing to win a regular season conference title for the 28th straight year.

I have a theory the only reason current ownership still has the mall is to pad their numbers on number of square feet owned nationwide.
Used this data as leverage to secure loans for other pursuits.
Scheels and JC Penny likely pay just enough rent to keep it a float
Scheels owns its space.

Third place as a junior and 4th place as a senior, I believe.
3rd as a soph and 4th as a junior. In his senior year, 1966-67, UND lost in the first round of regionals.
Here's an interesting tidbit: In 1966-67, the NABC DII All-American 1st team included future Knicks Jackson, Walt Frazier, and Earl Monroe.

Not sure where to post this... I saw a news interview out of Bismarck with Aanon Moody. He basically said that Coach Sather asked him to leave and that there wasn't a place for him on team. I know his defense was not great, but I did think he brought some shooting we needed. I agree with Coach's philosophy about defense first, but couldn't there be a place for a sharp shooter kid from North Dakota on this team? Unless he was some sort of cancer on the team that I don't know about. Any thoughts?
Here is the link to the interview.
Some interesting comments.

The line Pitt says was not in Michael Lewis' book. Here is a BBC podcast that tries to fact check it.

It's not uncommon for a President to have less than 50% of the vote lol, you know that right? Would be interested to see if a loser ever got over 50% of the vote though.
Samuel Tilden had over 50% in the 1876 election, maybe the most controversial in our history.

I wonder how many years it will take before everyone follows the Alabama title 9 model of a women’s rowing team with 60 members.
Wisconsin has over 90.
Those are just the rowers on the website roster. They may report more. According to this Omaha W-H report, Wisco reported 176 members on its women's rowing team in 2018.

The next post should be a doozy.

I think Pryor deserves a ton of credit for developing Griffin and Dooley into 2 of UND's best players ever. And he struck gold in 2016 with the transfers in of Merseli, Tepavac and Vail.
Beyond that, not good. Some numbers to back up what @Dustin stated: Not including the current group of newcomers, Pryor had 4 recruiting classes, bringing in 26 freshman and 6 transfers; 18 of those 32 left the program early, 11 after their first year. Not a single 2015 recruit completed her eligibility. 5 of 9 2016 recruits completed theirs but 4 of the 5 were transfers. Ashley Brueggeman is the only freshman recruit (out of 11) in Pryor's first 2 classes that will finish at UND. And look at the talent that has left - Courtney Place, Fraase, Taliyah Flores, Sid Mattson......
I know there is turnover in volleyball because of the ability to play right away elsewhere but goodness.

5 of UND's 14 Dorms not being used this year
That seems like an awful lot of excess housing.

Family moved to CA from the Twin Cities a couple of years ago. Olson averaged 7 pts as a sophomore for an 18-9 team last year. Older sister plays for SMU.
Her older sister has transferred to NDSU, will be eligible next year. Marie Olson

Article circulating in the Forum news service that St. Cloud State is seeking funds to rehabilitate Herb Brooks are a because ice piping. Anyone know what type of piping and freezing material is used at Ralph?
The Ralph uses R-22. They have quite a bit stockpiled according to this article from 6 weeks ago.

Once again, a whole bunch of underclass turnover. The departures of Williams, Flores and Rautio have already been discussed. Also losing Alivia Fraase, Megan Larson and Maggie Smith.
The only players returning that played in more than half the teams' sets last year are Nieukirk, Rutten and Brueggeman.
Very young team - only 4 juniors and seniors, one of which is a newcomer
