I believe the Seattle move is based on the Sacramento kings moving to Seattle and the new arena will be a NHL/nba joint use space. I think both Winnipeg and the twin cities learned very expensive lessons and will do whatever they can to prevent it in the future.

I hate to say it but this is where fighting comes in. You dive an its an obvious embellishment causing a momentum change doesn't have to be a goal. The self policing on the ice would have kept diving out.

My take if you believe the hit warrants and ejection review the play. If its an obvious 2 or 3 stride and check right to the numbers from behind causing a head first into the boards no review needed. But if its a good open ice hit and the player flops. Throw the diver out dont penalize the opponent because you missed the flop at full speed.
